A large step back from the previous Smide-App experience. Besides having to enter and upload all account details again (which they already have), after reserving a bike it just disappeared from the map (no option to start ride visible). Not usable until the previous Smide-App functionality is fully restored.
Ever since the release of the new bond app the app is so buggy. Unlocking a bike, locking it ... I always have to do a few tries, often costing me -.50 or more. This is so annoying please fix it! And don't release an app that isn't stable yet! Apart from that I love the bikes 👍
I couldn't find a way to find out about prices without installing the app. Installing the app requires a lot of private information like your email and phone number. Even after installing the app there is no clear information about pricing.
its a very nice service. but the app keeps having issues since years and their bonus minutes are not accounted easily.
Error 404 when I'm trying to log in with my 2nd phone number. (I was not able to get that far with the other one, gettind "access denied after the code received by text)
It says That there is already an account made with my email, but I don't remember to have made one. So I can't log in cause I don't have the password.
App too buggy. Also can't update your creditcard info. Battery fell out mid ride the other day. Very good bikes, though.

Great ride with this bike. It's awesome to be able to ride so fast without sweating :) i really recommend it
Currently not usable. No bikes available currently and and SMS verification everytime you open the app.
I was a happy Smide user but the new pricing doesn't work for me. Why would you punish users with an unlock fee to use bikes for short trips? Sadly I won't be using it anymore.
Best app for renting an e-bike, best and fastest e-bikes as well! Drive safely ;)
The app has a lot of problems. Lots of error messages

What a shame. My typical route I used Smide for (2.1km) now has a 350% price increase. Well let's vote with the wallet then. Bye bye Smide/BOND, we had a good time.
Last time I checked, 1 bike was available in all Zurich. This time: 0! What's going on?

BOND is the best!

Bikes are great, app works good. Only annoyance is the GPS. The so called Bonus Zones rarely work, since the placement mostly dances around it and when you finish ride, no bonus given, despite you park right in the middle of it.
After the update to BOND, the app keeps on crushing.
Smide was great and half the price
Great app and best ebike service. Wish there were more bikes around, since not always one available near me.
The Bike Service is the Best of its kind. All the Bikes are well taken care of. Money timer skips and goes fast. Which is a downside. Please have this fixed.
Took 1 min to create an account and start using the bike. So much progress since last year!
Update: as of today only 3 bikes are available in the app in all of Zürich, and the others I saw in person had no power. So I can not give more than one star. I guess they may be on the brink to bankruptcy... --- It's been 4 working days that I've contacted the support team because I can't log in and I only got an automated confirmation message. So I'm paying a subscription and can't use the service. The app is generally buggy, but not being able to login for such a long time is a new low.
