Unreliable app and company. I never managed to update my payment solution even after 3 attempts discussing with customer care. Bad service. Now they want to charge me fees because late payment... While their app doesn't allow me to pay. I am cancelling all my contracts.

After a bit of back and forth with customer service, here's the problem. The app will automatically chose your language based on your phone but defaults to German without any way to change it. So me, a francophone with an English phone (why ? because I just prefer it) has to do with the German version without being able to switch anything. The worse is that the languages are coded ! Just inaccessible because of some dumb design decision.

Good idea but: - it's not possible to choose the language - the app considers train rides as car rides and gives them a bad score because of the speed. Still a lot of work to be done, so go for it! 💪🏼

Good app, but really LACK a language switch button. My phone is set in English for personal reasons, so I don't want the defauft language of the app to be German. Need French and Italian too. And best would be English as well!

Please please please enable me to change language in the settings. My phone is configured in English and this app is therefore in German... Making this app more difficult to use. 3 months later, still not able to change the language...

How about listening to your users about the language setting instead of just saying that it takes the language of the phone. Not all of Switzerland speaks german. My phone is in english so it just puts german. If this is not fixed, I'll go to a more competent insurance next year

Despite the mentioned language option upgrade you will still need to install the app in German. I obviously haven't passed this "anmelden" stage as a good insurer would certainly not tell you to press on random buttons!

The app seems good but unfortunately I can't use it as it is only available in German... Please add the option to change to French or English! *edit: We can now change the language of the app.

Cannot change language. There should be an option WITHIN THE APP to change the language OF THE APP. If my phone is in english guess what language I want the app to be ? No ! Do not guess, give me the option ! The app is in german by default how am I supposed to find anything ?

Is in german only! I have no clue what i am tapping. hope to not find any surprise.. I will update review when other languages will be supported, because the app looks very good Edit: language is now selectable! Much much better now :-)

Great simple and powerful app! This is exactly how an insurance app is supposed to be. Everything can be done online with no breaks in the process. Congrats!

I read in the other reviews simile direct's answer to the language problem. Well my Phone is completely set to english and i still get the app in german. I don't like this.

NEED A LANGUAGE SETTING! Otherwise OK, would be great if we could pay the bills through the app as well.

Well the app is great, but unless I'm dumb enough not to find out where the language option is, I'm stuck with German... T_T. Would you be kind to support either the other national languages or English?

The app is good but please give us the possibility to chose the language! Should take no more than 30 minutes of work for one of your devs !

I had some issues with Huawei P Smart - the app did not recognize me when I tried to log in. I solved it by installing on some oder Android phone.

Same comments as many users, please let us set the language, or let the app use the system language, if not supported the secondary and so on...

Works as expected! Maybe the settings button could be more visible, but there's not many settings anyway :)

Language options must be available from the settings menu and must not be automatically chosen. Do not reply as always but fix it please.

You can now change the language at the top of the app from the first screen. I am quite happy my German is so non-existent 😁

Cant change language to english, give this is an online only broker, expats should be able to understand what is going on and select their insurance products.

The app is in German so I can't use it. Can't change it to French.

Please add the possibility to switch to a language other than German.

The translation in french do not work well.

Uninstalling the app as driver coach only gives you max 60 points per week...

Finally the app has other languages and not only German!
