SMILE APP

So far it's a waste of time. It says it's compatible with my phone but the app won't open. I uninstalled and reinstalled, then restarted. Still won't open. At least I can see Smile on my reliable desktop computer, but this app won't work. I contacted company and so far response has been to check with facility. I am set up correctly. I have emailed them again. Carextech needs to fix the app.

*Update* After emailing the company, they have fixed the issue and the app is working, with no issues. Thank you for fixing the issue. When I first downloaded this app, it worked fine. (This was in January, 2019). Since the last update in April, I have not been able to open the app on my phone which is a Moto Z3. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting my phone to no avail. I like the app, but the bugs need to be fixed asap!

Super easy to use. Very intuitive and responsive. Makes communicating easier in every way.

The app messages are readable by anyone given access by the nursing home, and you have no idea who has access. This isn't made clear when you use it, until an unknown guest chooses to make himself known..

Love seeing dad in photos with other residents or staff members. My dad loves living there and I appreciate the staff caring so well during the pandemic, my Dad was a trouper...but this SMILE APP, keeps me tuned in to see Dads face in the photos. The alerts they send to me let me know I have picture of my father to view. Love it!! Thank you very much.

Set up login and it disappeared.. get emails from them but can't login?! M

I live in N.H. We come down to Florida to see my parents. While I am not here during the summer, I get to see how my mother is doing!! Miss her Soo much, but I know that she is in good hands. Thank you for this app.
