App is horrible. Camera doesn't focus. The app is reading the control line as the test line. I wish I didn't have to give a star at all.
Horrible app. Super hard to align the red lines to take a picture and when I think I got it it says it's blurry or the yellow box doesn't align. It will keep reading as a surge because it only captures the control line not the very faint test line, So the app keeps saying high change when it's clearly not. Deleting.
No matter how clear my pictures are the app won't read the tests! More frustrating than helpful.
App is reading control line not test line, every time. It worked fine last time I used it four months ago. What changed?
Can not recommend enough! We got pregnant the first month I used this app (had several unsuccessful month prior to the app). Anyone trying to conceive I always tell them to use this app as it also help learning more about your cycle etc.
This worked amazing for about a month, i was using the tests daily and uploading the photos and everything was great.....i stopped testing while on my period, and ever since i have not been able to get the app to read any further tests! No matter what lighting or angle or how perfectly i line it all up. This is SO frustrating!!!! It refuses to read anything!
I was SO excited to try this app! I bought the right products, I followed ALL instructions, and tried multiple times to capture the test results. NO MATTER what I did, it kept saying test unrecognizable!!! I tried different angles, lighting, etc all using the red box they provided and insist I use but NO success!! Incredibly frustrating!!
App won't even start and open. Very disappointed
This used to work great when I used it in 2019 to get pregnant. Just tried to start using it again and the App keeps crashing. I was able to re-register but app won't open.
Camera is soooo touchy. Only worked once for me.
Worked well in the beginning. Took a break from doing tests and now it wont read any tests or take any of the pictures that I take! Pretty useless at this point
Currently crashing and will not open. I have not had issues for months until now. Normally it is easy to navigate and use.
They used to work just fine. Now they just keep saying doesn't work with a third party. I have been using the same ones and it clearly says on the box to use this app. Now I have to find a whole new app. BS
amazing app and kit. my wife and I have been using this for 2 months now and we love everything about it. it perfectly estimated her period, as well as ovulation times.
No matter how many times i try i cant seem to get the yellow box to go over both Test and Control lines!
Bad at recognizing pictures
Not great. Wanted to delete account and wouldn't let me saying my password was incorrect when I knew for a fact it wasn't.
More than half the time the app will tell you the pictures aren't clear enough. Is accurate at predicting period, though.
