This apps is awesome 👌 If you have problem with your Transaction and if have concern The customer service is always there and willing to assist 😀 you. I use this app for almost 4 years.
Well the app is convenient to use compared to others but the process is to slow...i depositted with .4505 yen rate but i remitted only .4500 because the process of money to my account is quite slow. Hope you can hear my sentiments.
I 've been using Smile remittance for almost a year now And i enjoy using it.
Early version dont have problems and is easy to use but recent updates sometimes only shows white screen when I open the app. worse, the latest update with the lock (app password) option just shows white screen after the initial setup of the lock even after trying many times. PS. I'm using Samsung Galaxy Note 9. hope the devs fix this issue. otherwise the app and the service is great.
It was really good the first time I used it. But now, I couldn't even get in to the app. It's just plain white screen. I badly need to remit, but it doesn't work.☹️ Tried all possible ways to refresh it, deleted and reinstalled the app...still not working. I sent messages to Help line but no response.☹️
It's a friendly user app, easy, fast and no hassle. I've been using different remittances from the past but with SMILES my experience really made me smile in all my transactions. Also, they are very responsive with all the concerns you brought up. So keep up the good work!💖
It's fast and reliable with a good exchange rate and reasonable remittance fee. Customer service is also quite efficient. However, charges for using the Wallet and Link Cards are a bit too high and there's a limit on how much one can remit with the Link Card.
It keeps updating and it's very inconvenient to use sometimes. The updating period lasts like a wholeday and you can't do anything. I don't why it keeps happening like that. Very hassle and inconvenient.
The app is good but there's always a delay in remitting the money by bank or credit i dont know if cash pick up is the same or fast.. but the costumer support is ok... Maybe ill be back to my old remittance service... Thanks 2 times delay is enough... Hope the processing is faster as we costumer deposit the money...
Always updating! I hate using it ... i fell that i Don't want to use it anymore. It ruins my day every time it updates. Why updating this app if the result is loading??? Please fix this... It always happens... And it's not good. Don't update to a new version. It can make the App loading and encounters many problems.

It really does offer the highest exchange rate available and has low service cost. To those whose account hasn't been verified even after waiting for a week or two, you can just email Smiles and they'll get you immediately approved. All you gotta do is ask and they'll reply. They're really nice.
I didn't experience any problem before but as of today jan. 25, this new version bother me alot. I really don't know what seems to be the problem、after i remit then suddenly the app update to new version i couldn't access it anymore all white screen appeared and i really don't know what to do. I uninstall the app and now I'm just worry that i may not be able to retrieve my old account...

I have been using smiles for a long time. But recently when I refered this to a friend she had trouble using this and just now I also had problems using the app. I needed to try a lot of troubleshoot. And no one is replying to my concerns online and thru their page.
I've been using smile for 3yrs now, satisfied with their service... But this December they upgrade the system, and starts the complications! I can not open my app 🥺 I tried many times in a day it's been a week already. PLEASE PLEASE DO SOMETHING!
The app is convenient easy to use. Even customer service is very prompt when you send a message. I am not easily impressed but with this app I'm impressed ☺️ and satisfied with sending money thru them.

Unreliable! They sent me a defective wallet card and so I asked for a new one. Been asking and asking and it's been a month and I never got to remit because they never sent me a new one when they said they would. How can I trust them with my money if they can't even fix this problem?
I have made money transfers to bank accounts and it perfectly works. Transfer is made within several hours. A fee of 950 JPY is charged for transfers upto 100,000 JPY. You can check the rates and fees using the in-built simulator. The exchange rate is also satisfactory. Kudos to the team!

The newly updated version with password lock is worse than the previous version. The app doesnt responding in a long period of time. Please fix.
This application helps a lot. It is easy to use and the rate is almost always satisfying compared to some of other remittance systems.
As a first I have issue signing up for the service. I cannot be admitted due to uncomplete ID card. But Smiles customer services reach out personally and explain the issue personally. Solved. This is a 5 star of service for me!
