Sming - Live KPOP Broadcasting App

The app is kinda fine but I would want to have an option where you can choose if on what resolution would you want to watch the livestream like on 180 or 240 or 360 and so on. It bothers me to watch it with repeatedly loading the stream because a sudden drop of internet speed happens and also if sometimes I'm watching with a slow internet speed out on the public areas. Please implement it on the next update. Will rate 5 for it. Thanks

It's a great app, but lately I keeps lagging. If I want to write a comment shows up "user not found" so I need to leave the stream, finish the app and come back. Also the streams keeps lagging. I don't know what happened, it was okay and suddenly this started to happen. As soon as these problems gets fixed I'll give five stars, because as I said, it's a great app.

Has a good interface and is easy to use, but the Livestreams lag every few minutes even with good WiFi and the same happens when you try rewatching past streams. Another downside is that you can only rewatch the latest stream.

The app was enjoyable when I first began to use it in 2018. Regardless of the fact the I never received my signed UNB album or RJ gloves. Sming began to change it's focus from being a community to focusing on gaining users. It was enjoyable at first, but began to grow more boring as there was fewer interaction between the hosts and users. I stopped using sming by November 2019 do to many changes and frequent updates. There is more I could say, but limited word count.

i cant see my ranking in the last update. i tried messaging sming twitter and email support but i was ignored. also i was asking any updates about the items i bought in the mall few months ago but i got ignored. also some questions in the quiz does not pop out. i'll change my rating once i got a response and once you fix these issues.

downloaded it to watch a streamer, but the app functionality is horrendous!! you can't full screen a video you can't play the video in the background, it was a very unpleasant user experience. uninstalled after 5 min

i like the old version better😢 like, before this the price for an album is reasonable. and now, some albums price are extremely high and other are cheap. and we didnt even get our daily mings. i dont know what happen with sming lately, i used to like being on sming, now, some of the albums that they put also are not KPOP albums. please fix this. i think this happen after the old manager left 😢

It's okay and I like the concept but it's useless if I can't watch the saved videos of the people I'm following. The lives glitch often and I have a hard time actually watching anything on this app.

Buggy and unintuitive UI. Vague unnecessary wording like "Would you like to cancel this live? Yes or no?" Why would there be a pop up like that just for exiting out of a live? Slow and laggy. If my favorite streamers didn't use this site, I wouldn't either.

I want to say thank you to this amazing app. Not only that it provides us with kpop goods for free but it also make a new community for us (kpopers) to enjoy our zone, talk with other kpopers, spill some tea, stream together and gain more friends... This is more than just an app. It's the biggest gift I've ever had.

i still have 12 pending different albums, signed albums, amd season's greetings that i won in quizzes, ming mall and artist week before and guess what it's almost a year since i won those prizes but it's nowhere to be found. they even told the users that they lost the shipping infos that they were not be able to deliver those items anymore. i sent back my infos even before Dan quit sming and i got a reply that he will send those items but where is it now? this is sad.

A very great app to get free kpop merch!The best part is it's genuine and authentic. In love with it. But recently after it's maintenace the inviting option disappeared now I am unable to invite any of my friends.Please fix this.

Was the best when this apps just launched but i was so disappointed because it's already 2020 and i still have not received my signed album. I have email and message them and they said they will send but until now i got nothing. So disappointed!

I always wanted to use this app!! I installed it.... And the app doesn't work, it just says try again later. I can't seem to login too! Can someone please help me 😩cause I want app.

Updated the app and my coins were gone! The old one was better than this. Disappointing... Everytime the update the app it's getting worse. Well I guess I have to uninstall this now since it's useless to me.

It's was really a nice app but now when I press the home button it says try again in few minutes I installed it twice but still it's the same .pls fix it's my favourite app😢pls fix Edit -after many days I still tried to install but .....same😢😢 guys pls respond I'm waiting

It's a cool concept, but I can't upload my profile picture and when I click on a event banner, the event window never loads.

I'm new to this app but I'm really dissatisfied with the fact that I can't watch old live streams :(( it would be really awesome to be able to re watch some of my favorite streams

I love using this app it's a great way to earn k-pop merch but most importantly share the same interest with others and make new friends through the app. Also it is pretty cool that you can also become a streamer so others can join your stream and get a chance to earn mings so you can buy k-pop merch in ming mall.

Hello Cyclops Co. i just updated my sming app because when i opened it, it say's i need to update it to use the app, but when i did it deletes all of the streamers videos that i wanna watch, and i cant seem to find it, is there a way for those videos to be back? Thank you, just a curiouse user here

MINGS LOGIN REWARDS SOMETIMES ERROR DOESN'T INCREASE? My account already had 2 TIMES that my MINGS DOESN'T INCREASE, can you solve it? I'm so upset when my MINGS don't increase from the login rewards

I've been wondering will the app continue at some point after the covid situation settles in or is it going to be abandoned??? I really loved being on sming so it's sad to see it just vanish 😭😭

Can't even watch any vids/livestreams here..videos stops every 5 seconds even in a good wifi connection..

After the update. I cannot log into my account. It says my email is not valid. I have to create an account

Lately I didn't get any mings for my wallet. It been 1 month and when I got the question right at 1D1Q it show I got 20 mings but when I check in my wallet there are nothing there. I'm so sad you know, 😭 13 April. Idk why but I still got no mings, please I want buy something at mall but the Mings never into to my wallet. 😢

The app is nice but when i put my phone number, it always says "invalid phone number" please fix this : (

I love to use this app, i use it everyday and its the best app for all kpoplovers and i like the live streamers too like eddy and dan and the main fun is ming mall , i just love this app💕

i want to give a better rewiew but im not getting Mings after waching for 3 hours, for quizes and now not even daily. its not fair fix it
