It's glitchy! It doesn't show the deposit dates. When u click on activity it just keeps spinning. In order to stop it from spinning, you have to close the app down completely and relaunch the application. As much time as it takes to launch the app and finally get where you need to go, you could have called the card number and found out the info faster!

I am going to have to agree with many of the reviews I have read, since the update, 1st of all, it no longer gives me notifications, I've checked several times and made sure everything is set to give me notifications but still nothing. 2nd of all many MANY times it will not let me move around in the app, it just keeps trying to load(hence, circling in the middle of the screen), very irritating. Other than that it has been ok, at least it does give me the correct dollar amount of what is available

I like how the app is accurate and up to date. I also like how it splits your purchases into categories and displays how you're spending your money, but it could be improved if it allowed you to make your own categories; for example, instead of making a large "retail" section, I'd like to split it into smaller groups like groceries or gas, etc. Overall good app though.

1. I love the automatic acct balance that it sends in a text every day. 2. No bugs or locking up. 3. Easy to use and learn from. 4. Great organization. Easy to see and find what your looking for without a jumbled up mess. ...Plenty of other options I don't use or haven't tried, so I can't give an opinion on that, but when I do, I'll give a 5☆ rating if all is good

This app will not update my phone number. It will not allow me to edit it in the profile information. I've updated my info on the website and it's obviously not in sync with this app because it doesn't recognize the correct username or password and still shows my old phone number with no way of editing it in the app even though it says edit, it doesn't work. Mainly I'd really like to start getting my notifications instead of some stranger out there getting them instead.

I couldn't really tell you if this app works or not. So far all it seems to do is glitch. I have yet to be able to update or even completely finish inputting my information in the app. I was able to create an account. Once. Saved my password. However, now every time I try to sign in, or even input the password it restarts my phone??! I'm going to be calling my card and asking customer service what the hell is going on today. I like the look of the app interface. Wish I could use it.

Love most of the app, but here recently the bill pay has stopped working. I've used the bill payment section plenty of times before with no issues. I thought my scheduled payments had already went out, checked my credit card balance that I was paying on, it was still the same! My payments never left my smiONE card and my pending payments showed 1 but when you click on it, there's nothing there. Please fix!!

I can't seem to get a current or updated balance. I can never see if anything is pending because the circle just spins on top of the word "pending. I never know when I'll get a deposit and the customer service is lacking. Update: December 1, 2019 I haven't heard anything from admins. I need an update and no option for that. I've haven't ever been able to see pending deposits. Still the same view on customer service

The app can be really slow and will freeze up on you and you have to close out of the app fully and hope it pulls up the information you want/ need the next time you log in. Sometimes it takes a decent amount of tone before it will work. You can't use this app without some type of malfunction.

All in all I like this app, but I used the app to report my card missing and I'm assuming that they've sent a new one because the last 4 digits on the card are different now when I log in ( this happened just before the weekend ), but there was nothing in the notifications to let me know that they received my request and would be sending out a new one. A notification on the app would be a nice feature. But, it's a pretty good app.

What a great app! It's so easy to navigate and setting up direct deposit was a snap... My favorite feature is being able to see at a glance how my spending is stacking up. When my kiddo asks for one more game and insists that his allowance hasn't all been spent on the "virtual" world, I simply pull up the graph that shows his spending habits. Thanks for that particular argument ender! 😂

fast, efficient and user friendly. My experience has been awesome! No more calling the number provide on the back of the card, unless further assistance is needed. When you need to place that call the operators are fast and friendly to help you get issues fixed and are painless. A whole easier way of doing business! Thanks Yall!

CONSTANTLY having errors with the app. It runs super slow, takes forever to load and freezes alot of the time and as of today I cannot log in. I keep getting an error message "unable to process request, please try again later" when you have an issue like this where you can't even access your funds, it becomes an issue. I never in 10+ years had an issued w Ohio EPPICard. I've had non stop issues w this card and app please go back! If it's not broken don't try to fix it! I abs hate this app & card

The app hasn't been good for me. Most times it doesn't open right away it either takes 2 to 3 minutes to open or 2 to 3 tries to where I have to shut the app down and restart. It does give me the right amount of money I have in the app and the correct thing(s) I spent the money on its just really slow to open or won't open at all.

I feel like this app is good I can see the balance but when I want to check the spending history it just loads.....I can't say how many times I've had to change my password since about every other week it says invalid password. I wrote down the password and enter it in exactly as I programed it and nope invalid so I have had more then enough password changes. Hoping it gets better. If it does then my Stars will go up

I wanted to change my phone number but the only thing that you can change under your personnal info is your langauge and time zone nothing else. I also wanted to be notified every time a transaction happens (like it used to be before the card went Platinum) but that option is not there to choose from. 1 star since I can not give it no stars, but it should have 0 stars.

Its ok. It gives me my balance. It breaks down into catagories where i spend my money. Its not very accurate as far as that goes. I cant verify my phone number through the app because its connected to an old number even tho ive changed it through the website and through the attorney generals office. Thats not realy a big deal. The reason i only gave 3 stars is because if i dont log out before leaving the app then a few minutes after it pops up on the log in page disturbing whatever im doing.

They are charging tips when you spend at.. restaurants. Check your receipts. Every total my receipts have is more on the card. So if a purchase I need covered comes through and they're tallying up my money I won't have enough. Yep, you guessed it getting a lawyer and after all this time I'm only using it for deposits until I can change my payment methods. How dare you charge extra than what my receipts say unless I decide myself to tip they call it a tolerance fee...I call it stealing our money

This app has been very reliable. Anytime I need my balance it's just one click away. No troubles at all. I do not use this app to direct deposit personal checks. My experience is solely with third party (child support) support.

I have to agree with most reviewers of this app..its constantly getting "stuck", theres no notifications, I have to log in to see my balance when before I could just open the app and see the "quick balance". Its new interface looks great but what is the point if I cannot use it!! I would like the old SmiOne back.. Please??!

I really like this app! I love the fact I can check my balance at anytime. I especially LOVE the text and email notification features! I prefer texts. I get my daily balance via text, and anytime my card is used, I get a text! If I want to quickly get my balance, I send a reply text "Bal" and it texts me my current balance! The app itself breaks down everything you've spent, where, and how much. It is extremely helpful!!

Going on almost 10 years now and have never been dissatisfied including the one time I had to contact customer service for detailed information. I also love that they leave it alone and don't keep changing things up like many other apps.

I've never had any of the problems these people speak of in the comments. I hope I don't jinx myself now lol. I get notifications and the app updates right away when I take money out or when it's deposited. Very secure as well. I have it set for my fingerprint and no one can get in but me. I also loved that I tried to get my finances check deposited into this account and the whole system shut down thinking someone was trying to steal all my kids money. I am very satisfied with this app.

I had an older phone and felt like the app was much easier to navigate. Once activating a new phone and re downloading the app it is not as easy to navigate. I appreciated the ease of being able to look at just the amounts loaded and that is not possible with the new app.
