smiONE Visa Prepaid Card

This app used to be great when I had an iPhone, but as soon as I switched over to an Android the only way I can log in to my account is through the website. It's extremely frustrating, and I have spoken with customer service and they were really great, they couldn't tell me why the app was not letting me log in. Other than that this debit card is great. The only place I have found that I can't use it is at the gas pump. It's a prepaid card so it has to be taken inside in order to pump gas.

I've had no trouble when using this app. I like it any way. Just remember to make sure you d/l the right website for your card. I've had my account, a long time so now their is a different app, so check to see that you chose the right one that matches your first four numbers on your card.

WRONG APP----Cannot log in- even with support assistance. UPDATE!!!!!!! Even though this says this is the app for card beginning in 406 for it is NOT. It is the wrong app. Use the Platinum smione Visa app. I was able to log in the first time with my website credentials

This app is garbage. It will not let you log in. The website is just as bad. This card itself gives me more trouble than any other bank card I have ever owned, so no surprise the app and website are so terrible

I cant login. Its telling me the info is wrong, and I know it's not because I logged in online. The app would be more convenient but it clearly doesnt work!

It worked for me. I believe this app is for child support cards and the other one is for other smiOne cards. The other app wouldn't work for my card. That may be the issue.

Won't let me log in. Went to the site reset my password. Can get in on the site. The app still won't let me in. Total waste of time and space.

For some reason it does not work for me at all. My login information and password are always correct I always get that checked and for some reason it just does not work for me I'm not sure what's going on.

This app is horrible. I can login online but not on the app. Keeps telling me username or password is incorrect.

This version of Simone's App need to be removed from options. It is defunct, especially to Florida's customers.

Can't log in. It keeps saying invalid credentials but I can log into the website with no problem.

i hate the card..the website and this app is garbage... everything has been operating at bare minimum for years...ugh... cant even log in the app

This app is about the worst app out there. You need to update it. It stops working daily.

Lacks user options to screen specific activity details. Difficult to navigate backdated items.

Can no longer login on newer devices. A newer phone won't allow your username to even enter. Dumb

I hate this card i only have it cuz thats what they give for child support. The fees are horrible n i constantly get overcharged on atm fees. Suppose to get 1 free withdrawl per deposit yet i get charged anyway. This is child support there should nvr b fees taken from money u get to support ur children i am switching soon.

Can't log in. My credentials are correct, it won't accept them.

A horrible card. Charged to use my money and no one but me can put anything on it. Most horrible card company I have ever worked with
