Smith's

Using the app is like playing roulette, you never know what you'll get. My wife and I add items to the app, and it's frustrating that some items end up in the list and other items are in the cart. The new update to the rewards program makes it difficult to get full amount gas savings. Smith's needs to get out of the stone age, the only market in our area that doesn't allow payments from phone.

Ever since last update I can't sign in. Been using this app for years, never had a problem before. I sent numerous emails to reset my password. But nothing comes through. I have missed the last 2 weeks to use the digital coupons. And not able to see sale items if I don't get the ad in the mail. I live 30 miles from nearest Smiths it's nice if I can use the app to shop. Making it worth the drive.

Quit making things worse! From one update to the next, the app flips back and forth between being able to add items directly to cart, and then next update it forces you to add everything to a list, THEN add to the cart. The add to list function is a redundant, time wasting step and I do not appreciate it. Please keep it so that we can add directly to cart... or at least give us the option to choose!!! But this back and forth is maddening

Since the last update, the app crashes within seconds of clicking on anything. It's completely broken and extremely frustrating. 5/19/22 Update is supposed to fix bugs - rather than the app freezing, it just crashes fully. Nice bug fix. I'm ready to delete this worthless app.

This app is really not user friendly and it's very frustrating to use. It takes forever to find and add coupons. The app constantly removes filters I've put in so that I have to start all over when adding coupons. Maybe take a look at Albertsons app and get some ideas for a better app.

App no longer allows me to search a specific product, when I type in the search products tab at top it types duplicate letters and run on words total nonsense. Ridiculous to have to scroll through entire category such as Dairy to find what I'm looking for. I do have an Android phone but used to work ok. In looking through other reviews seems like I'm not alone with quite a number of bad reviews with the same issues I've faced with fustrating glitches in the app. Made contact with Kroger, no fix.

I'm unable to update my account alternate ID or address. Everytime I try, it shows that they are experiencing technical issues and to try again later. Have gone to the customer service desk in store, too, and they cannot update it, either.

I wasted a lot of time trying to download a digital coupon, called customer service and finally on my own figured out I needed to update the Smith's app. This was after resetting my phone twice at the store and then powering it off and back on then reloading a different qr reader. I've had problems with digital coupons since they began. Iwent to other stores due to the frustration. I finally was able to get it to work for me over half the time until today.

Tried using my food stamp card and was unable to navigate the system. Called online order personnel and they told me to just tell the person when I arrived. It didn't seem correct when they told me that because I have been doing grocery pickup for over 2yrs now with Walmart and their online website is pristine compared to Smiths website! Of course just as I'd expected when I got to Smiths to pick up my order, it had already been charged to my CC! U HAVE 2 DO BETTER SMITHS!

The app is decent, but not perfect. I find it useful to use both the app as well as the website via browser, because their functionality and UI is different between both.

The most that I use on this app is downloading the coupons, looking at what's on sale and ordering refills on prescriptions. You can look at any scripts that are on file, see when you had them last and how much they cost. Then it also tells you if you have refills available or whether they will have to call the doctor for more . Very handy!

It is easy to find what I need. My biggest issue with online grocery shopping before was that I had to search item by item, so I was constantly forgetting things that normally you'd remember if you were walking down aisles. With this app you can browse by store area! You see it all and get what you need. You can also filter based on pickup or delivery, and you can even make notes about preferences. Love it.

Clipped items never appear on my list. Some items do not appear at the register even though they've been clipped.Kroger: just copy Albertson's app. I never have any problems with that one.

So unhappy right now. Can't log-in to my account. There was nothing wrong with this app and now.... called and I'm waiting for technical help. No digital coupons for me. I have shopped Smith's for 20 yrs or more and had no issues.

The app is so temperamental. Sometimes it works, but when I actually need it to, it doesn't. It's not easy to navigate. I hate how it makes me connect to the store when I'm there, so the app looks different than normal.

super clitchy and shuts down all the time. The digital coupons are terrible to try to use. The app shuts down every time I try to go to items in the coupon section. When I try the search bar it types 5 + words them the one I want. Why can't you ad items to your cart while looking at the weekly ads? You can add to a list why not directly to your cart? Other stores do this on their app. Thus is THE worst app and the updates seem to make things worse not better.

Love the online ordering with Smith's! They are always so quick and easy to work with when you want to make changes!

This app used to be great, now I can't open anything while in-store. Kind of defeats the purpose of the mobile stuff ie coupons, Kroger pay, etc. Incredibly frustrating!

After update not able to put in a pick up order!!??? What is up with that!? Just keeps getting added to a list and that's it.

As a handicapped person spending 4hrs and still unable to complete my first order, it's very disappointing and dissatisfied. Being house-bound I will not use this app and I've been a Smiths customer over 20yrs.

sort and filter search functions leave something to be desired, but otherwise a good app.

By paying attention to sales and using the app to stack digital coupons, I can get great deals on groceries. Currently the pick-up orders have no extra charge when making a minimum purchase, which I believe is $35. This has helped me make healthier choices and cut down on impulse buys. Thanks, Smith's!

Unnessessary steps. Selecting items in the ad does not add them to the cart. one then has to go to the list page and then add the entire list (even if you only want to buy a few) to the order. Compare it with Target app. Also, app does not seem to apply the sale from weekly ad. Says calendar app not installed but it is.

Worst thing is having an amazing app, with great features. Then to get charged extra to have it picked out and delivered and be missing essentials like cough drops, pain meds, milk and bread once it's delivered. Even with the substitutions enabled. I've had to go in store after every in app purchase I've made to get things they missed. Never using the app again.
