This has been an excellent channel manager for my STR business! I have never had an issue with the app, its easy to access all of my booking information and to make changes. We have 6 listings and this made juggling all the different platforms immensely easier. Easy to set up, synced all my calendars & pricing, message guests, and gave me a lot of peace of mind about double bookings or missed communication. Anytime I needed assistance my messages were responded to by a team member lightning fast!! I am really happy with the value I've received from utilizing Smoobu compared to the other channel managers I demoed. Their prices didn't compare for similar offerings.
Glitchy app. Quite a few things don't work. So the App is not reliable. Half the times, it does not even load up. It's ok to take care of messages etc. on the go but you definitely need to use web portal for things like blocking dates etc. This is buggy nd glitchy and doesn't work.
Trialed this product and connected one of my airbnb accounts. It set my nightly rate to £10 a night with 1 night min stay on every property. I've now lost my superhost status as airbnb has cancelled the reservations on my part. In addition to this, all of the cancelled guests are now leaving 1 star reviews. This combined with the stress of dealing with airbnb's call center.
I really used to like smoobu. As a occasional renter the free version just did the job in keeping the calendar synced as long as I would feed the bookings manually to smoobu. Some month ago Smoobu just stopped blocking the calendars on Airbnb, TripAdvisor, etc, fot the bookings I had manually fed to smoobu. There wasn't any previous notice from smoobu. Very disappointing.
Smoobu is my preferred channel management system. It's very simple to use every day and an easy application to pick up, plus the helpful, down to earth support team team make it super accessible for non techy business operators too. Highly recommended!
Smoobu made my daily life very easy. Syncronizing all the channels, having the ability to give access to team members. Additionally, the support is very helpful.
Easy to use channel manager. It could use an at-a-glance calendar so you can see all your rooms in one place. Other than that it works perfectly and doors what it says
Firstly, smoobu have an amazing product which all hosts should try out. Their staff are super helpful and the app is so well-equipped that you'll hardly ever need a computer!
Have not used it yet. But had a very pleasant conversation/demo with a new rep Erika C. She over sees Americans eng speaking market. Was impressed with functionality and features.

it is extremelly dificoult to get to the customer service. also customer service doesnt work on sundays.
App will never remember login have to log in everytime

I have been using Smoobu for over 8 months now and our entire family is very happy to be able to use it. Using Smoobu was an absolute game changer for us. Being able to adjust prices and reservations once and apply them automatically to all the different platforms on which our properties are listed saves as a huge amount of work, plus it provides a great overview of the reservations of all properties in one place. We use it daily to accept reservations and coordinate check-in and check-outs.
