(update) Didn't receive SMS verification after resending multiple times. customer service was helpful to help me fix the problem. Turns out you shouldn't block numbers without knowing what it is for.
Service is bad and call centre staffs are rude. App is complicated. As first time user I'm immediately slapped a fine of 50$ simply because i don't know how it works and someone else needed to use the car. Bad experience.
Thank you for the memories Smove. Anyone reading this review, do note that the journey has ended for them. May they make a comeback someday.
Finally! the app, despite it's close resemblance to an older version of the grab-transport app; bookings has never been so 'smove'
The registering process is so tedious. What does it mean by you don't accept scanned copy of document? Then how else I get the information through. Ridiculous support! Nonsense replies!
Was a regular user for car renting.. very good apps and easy to use.. very upset this has closed down. Unable to find another better car sharing apps
One of the worst app, need so much info during registration and doesnt allow people options to skip the registration details first for an quick estimate of the car we wanted to rent.
Something wrong today. Can't locate pick up places in the app. When i needed a car the most!

Aside from decent car conditions and convenience of usage, the 24hr customer service hotline is really very efficient. Twice I had my carelessness left my belongings in the car and never once did they fail to respond to my help in need. To Smove I owe my deepest gratitude; thank you!
