Update- app is now fixed thank you for listening guys great work. Every once in a while when I set a new ETA the message will not appear in the message center. App stopped working after my phone did the last update.
Worked great up until recently, I need this for work and it keeps crashing when I go to open a ticket. I am using Android.
The app works almost every other day it seems. Most of the time I get "error getting details from server" and when I click on the site ID it closes the app and I have to log back in but same thing it seems the rest of the day.

No options on the dashboard, it's just blank. Cannot search either, app just sits there.
The app consistently freezes, crashes or will not even open. The inability to set an ETA date inside the apparent 24 hour period is very inconvenient and can be misleading to all parties involved as to CX start dates, times, etc... I haven't been able to access the app in over a month. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail. Stacy@Trillium
