Hopeless .. stupid.. so many notification but when you click, it goes nowhere.. Update on 2022. Still cmi. Typical of sg big corp .. just get feedback n implement without much thinking.. i just deleted this stupid annoying app that keep notifying you of what has break down(good) but you click n it goes nowhere.
A great app that consolidates both bus and mrt timings, with notifications on mrt breakdowns 👍👍👍 however there is a glitch under Plan My Journey when I can't select the options after searching my end destination.
A good idea to integrate mrt and buses into 1 app but it has lots of room for improvement. App loads very slowly and it detects the wrong station and end up giving wrong directions sometimes.
Giving one star is an overstatement. The app freezes when launch. When notifications come in and you tap on the notification, it disappears. Decided to uninstall.
Notifications do not open the app when pressed on to read details. That's probably the only useful feature and yet it doesn't work. Will be uninstalling.
Ever since the new map is loaded, train arrival times are not real time or worst, keep telling you to turn on data when I'm ALREADY ON 4G DATA ! But the bus arrival time are ok. Previous version was ok, for both bus and rail, though.
The app did not manage to launch. Once I select,it froze and exited from the app. Very unstable and not the 1st time experiencing this.
When i click app, it open and waited for long time. So I exit and click app again. It didn't open in progress after waiting for long time. Pls do something to improve. Thanks
It's a good apps to use but i suggests this app should update and upgrade it's versions and get information of the volume and capacity of all the mrt, mrt station's and bus.
Totally user unfriendly interface. Does not work... Have issue with train recommendations. Very disappointing for a national transportation company.
Useful app. Bus arrival time inaccurate at times. Travel to destinations sometimes offer longer and non direct route.
I do not recommend to download this app. TBH it is poorly made, in terms of functionally and UX. There are better apps around.

More often than not, when u try to open the apps nothing came out. Very frustrating.
I've been using SMRTConnect for 6 yrs. But the recent update in Jan 2020 made the app hanged everytime I click to plan my journey
Lousy.. this is the result of your foreign talent doing the app for you. Doesn't even load..
Doenst show when next train arrives in both directions.. only showed one no matter how i refreshed
The app does not work properly anymore after the newest update , i liked this app alot but now its really useless because of the jam
hi SMRT, it will be great if the app listed where the AMENITIES are. for example, OCBC atm is located near Exit D, at Paya Lebar MRT Circle Line.
Poor estimate of time. High battery usage. Connection unstable. UnInstalled
This app is amazing and it keep me notified when there is a late opening of train operating timing and also it tells us the time when the train/bus comes
MRT arrival timing is not real time and does not update. SG MRT Arrival Time works better than this app.

The timing was not accurate. Different so much with the real time.
Downloading is very slow and bad.
App needs fixing. After a push-notification is read, the App always hangs & needs to be reinstalled before it is fully functional. There is also no way to delete previous notifications within the App. 12 May 2022
