SMS blocker, call blocker

This is a really promising app, but doesn't reach its potential. First, the ads are intrusive, but the app is free, so i can look past that. But there are 2 problems: 1, that if the phone number doesn't exactly match the format on an incoming call, it will get marked as spam eg if you enter the number manually and leave off a + sign at the start; 2, you can't easily add calls marked as spam to your contacts. You have to do it manually and hope you don't make a mistake.

It does not block SMS. It just puts them in a separate tab. You still have to see that they are have arrived every time you open the app. It even shows you the contents. It also displays this notification of blocked SMS on the opening screen, together with a list of the people you have blocked (whom you really never ever want to often if you want to block them in the first place). Maybe it is useful for blocking repeat sales calls,but there are better apps for that.

It's ok. wish there wasnt the wee adds at the bottom of the screen as sometimes stops you from writing your message and you have to come away from the message and back again. also I don't always get a notification for the texts. but so far has managed to block the spam texts i was getting. As my Samsung didn't give me the option to block them unlike my old Sony 🙄 hopefully it keeps working

Although the call blocker part of this app works perfectly, the SMS blocker is glitchy and the constant presence of pop up ads in the SMS blocker tab, makes texting aggrivating. If you open the SMS tab, and there is a pop-up next to where your last message is, when you tap to place your cursor and bring up your keyboard, the pop up will keep kicking your cursor out, preventing you from writing, EVEN IF YOUR KEYBOARD IS UP AND READY! D- app. 😡😡😡

Terrible app! Would not allow me to send text messages! And disabled the option to text from the phones text mesaages option. It also didn't actually block the number but sent it to another folder! The point of blocking a number is to not have to READ the messages!!

I uninstalled it after 3 mins. Every time I selected a menu to try to do something with the settings, a new full page ad would pop up. Annoying as F. You can't do anything without another F-ing ad being forced into your face. Don't mind ads being used MODERATELY, but F-ing hell people. If you annoy me, I'm just going to uninstall.

This app is effective at blocking unwanted texts and calls. However, the numerous ad banners make texting a multi step process. Also the built in demand --that pops up many times in a day--for a 5 star rating has probably given this inflated and false approval. Max 4 stars.

This App dose a good job in blocking calls & messages as set to do, however, i haven't checked other features, because, all needed was a App to stop persistent annoyances from a certain media. Tnx developers; i will certainly share it with who is having simular probs. But wait.......after i gave my "5" star 10 days ago, now i'm getting SMS from the media who i blocked, come on Developers, am i being taken for a ride ? I need some answers to this; did they break in on me or is the App a failure,. If it's not fix or explained: i will be uninstalling in a few more days.

So far, so good, we will see. I only use it to block texts from certain contacts. For that application, it works. I don't use it to block robo calls or anything like that. I only block texts from certain contacts that get a little carried away with texting. I'd rather have a one minute conversation as opposed to. What would amount to forty texts and ten minutes wasted lol. You know who you are! Lol...

I am getting emails being sent to my phone number that are fraudulent spam that I want to block. My default Android message app will block texts from regular phone numbers, but have no such option for blocking unwanted texts originating from an email address. Unfortunately, after importing all my messages into this app, the messages from that email address are not present --> therefore, this app will not block them. Since I cannot give ZERO stars, I had to be generous and give 1 star. Bad app.

It is a good App for blocking all unwanted calls or texts. The only thing it lacks is the password feature to operate, which would then makes it an excellent & perfect.

One that finally works. I would remove having to set it as default messaging though as i don't really care for the interface. Just thankful it does what it says it does.

I finally found a functional app that blocks text. Great working apps, that honestly deliver what they state, I do the survey. This app works for me. deserve the complement. Thanks

sms messages keeps messing up. it will not let you type. when you tap on spot to compose your msg amd the curser line shows up it immediately disappears, you hit a letter and nothing shows.

my default sms app from Google Play didn't work and carrier also couldn't resolve the issue but this app worked perfectly as soon as installed. also comes with effective call and text blocker. so my 5stars to the developer. thanks

blocking wellalthough I do receive texts from not-allowed #'s. they are kept separate from contacts texts that's helpful. just installed this app so I can't give a more detailed review

Great app but it's annoying how the blocked history is right there. The whole point is for me not to see the blocked messages. What it should be is the blocked history should be located in settings

Its an excellent app to use to block all those unwanted calls and texts. The thing i like about this app is that u can turn notifications off so u will not even be made aware someone unknown called or text you. Great app. Keep up the good work

it's a nice app. i loved it you can try this aap. it also have a notification options for bloced contacts which show you your bloced contacts have called/messeged you.

Doesn't even really block calls. Had the blocked number still call in 4 or 5 times out of the 10 they called. Kinda pointless. And I don't want an SMS text place I wanted to block him that was it. Worthless..

If it continues to work as it is, phenomenal. Please devs it s good as is, ONLY suggestion (since I feel reviews should have a suggestion) is to maybe make it work without being default app. HOWEVER works or as of now seems to, fixed my stalker problem. Phenomenal. 5 stars. Recomended.

I cant send or receive any MMS messages. Works great for blocking but if I can't utilize MMS. This app doesn't work for me.

What's the use of blocking someone if your app is still going to allow them to leave a voicemail message? The idea is to stop all avenues of harrassment &/or unwanted communication from particular individuals.

It seems good but it doesn't work properly to block sms....i don't want to see the sms i have blocked...but it shows it in my general sms history.....and there is too many ads...

Clunky and the app back button does not work. Also, group messages appear as multiple messages when sent

Great app worked for what i wanted had to get help from younger person to move stuff to blacklist. Like all things can always improve app

Block calls.. Phone rings when someone u blocked calls.. Show Blocked calls in phone's call log too...too much ads... Don't like it... Don't use it

I found team app useful, only thing it took me some time to understand the various aspects of the app and to manoeuvre around the app.
