Issue with showing the delivery routes. it would not display it. Also it shows items ready for delivery as not complete in production. It is very slow to refresh and updates since the latest updates made.
With the new requirement that we take pictures of all deliveries, it is hurtful that the application won't allow my camera to use its flash at all. Some deliveries take place in low light especially with a 6 pm sunset in the winter season. There should be either a flash toggle or the flash should always be on. Either of those is preferable to no use of the flash. Please fix this. It's pretty major Further, I think it's overkill to require a photo of deliveries made to the person in hand.
I had a very positive experience with this app. I think it makes doing deliveries really efficient and simple. The only thing I'd love to see would be for the optimized route to be entirely entered into Google maps so that you just click once and you would get each stop one after another.
Hardly ever works. My routes randomly just dissapear, pending delivery gone shows no info at all. A in app call and text system would be great so that there isn't any harassment issues from customers for employees who have to use their personal phone, it would also allow the customet to know who is calling them when the driver can't seem to reach someone at their home, most times they don't know the number they won't answer and will keep rejecting your calls.
Will not optimize routes if i have more than 23 deliveries. That's is a ridiculous number. Also it crashes every single time i loga delivery as soon as i try to take a picture. It's unreal how bad this is. I only gave 2 instead of 1 stars because it worked ok for the first two days. Everyday after has been a nightmare. Not to mention it leads me to roads that don't exist and constantly messes up which town in to travel to. How hard is it really to make it optimize up to 50 deliveries at minimum?
The new update is glitchy and performance is subpar.
has not worked properly since the start. it does not optimize route for one of our stores. called support they have never fixed it. directions often are incorrect. now with the recent update I can't get any info on the app it barely opened and now I can't reinstall. I would take the old version any day. this app is terrible
It seems to control my camera in such a way that I can only take pictures at a distant. What if I didn't have good internet connection? This one time, I took a picture of the dropoff place and then left for an area with better reception but I couldn't retain the picture that I took earlier. So I tried taking a picture of the delivery card but it wouldn't focus.
I could talk about how this app is a buggy and unresponsive mess, but what it really comes down to is this: The app is supposed to increase efficiency but practically speaking all it does is add 10 minutes to every batch of deliveries I go on. If you're trying to increase your company's output this is not the app for you.
Forcing a driver to submit a picture for every successful delivery does not make sense and is a hindrance to making an efficient delivery. If the arrangement was received by the recipient, what exactly is the driver supposed to take a picture of? The door? As a customer, I would only expect to receive a picture if the delivery was left at the door. Having to take & upload a picture is an extra step that wastes time and is prone to crashing the app.
Consistently unreliable. I'll be waiting to log a delivery and it takes 2 minutes to connect to a server. Route optimization is a joke.
The incorrect response bug is horrendous. I have had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times a day due to this. It's awful
I really like this app. Despite other comments, I think it works really well. Only reason for 4 stars is it drains your battery like crazy. Just make sure you have your car charger and you're all good.
Ok, it worked great the last two months. Then, one day, it stopped letting me log and save my deliveries on edibles go app. It now wants me to click the for circle delivered or given to neighbor or other stuff etc... if delivered i dont need a photo but goes to photo page for picture. What a pain, I have to log my deliveries on the store pc desktop. ??? Help please, what happened???
Aweful. Sends me to south B instead of B, tells me to walk through someones yard to a number they say isnt even back there. So bogged up it takes forever loading or refreshing. Pics SOMETIMES save. AND it now tells me to follow signs and a ramp to I5.. There are no signs. Every single "ramp" gets you to I5. Not helpful.
this app is terrible, it doesn't allow new to optimize my route on the app itself, and it didn't optimize on my computer anything under 6 deliveries, please switch back to the old app asap
I was able to download the app, but i cant create a new account so the app is virtually useless. I uninstalled it and re-installed it twice and reset my phone
The app is constantly making me backtrack. Me and my manager constantly route the deliveries ourselves since we cannot trust the app to do it correctly
I'm a contract driver and this makes deliveries easy. Haven't figured out how to forward pictures to the purchaser.
App doesn't download at all. Has been spinning/pending for over 20 mins.
5 days and still not working, I have to use Google maps to manually set routes..
I have to Uninstall the app 5 times a day to get it to kind of work, otherwise all I get is "incorrect response" or "server not reachable".
always crashes and bumps you offline. would delete if I didn't need it for my job.
Ever since the update on 8/5 i cant login to my routes. Please fix this!

don't work on on the Galaxy phone but on the iPhone it works perfectly
updated keeps stopping uninstalled then reinstalled still keeps stopping
New app update is absolute trash. 1) I cannot switch to waze anymore 2) need to take picture twice, and the second picture that gets submitted is after recipient has received and taken gift, only option is to take pic of house or building where it was delivered
