Downloaded & tested app. Tried several different "configurations." Zero success. The instructions are very poorly written- geared more towards other devs (or any higher level of tech expertise) instead of having the average user in mind. Very confusing. I couldn't tell if texts were not forwarded because I had settings configured incorrectly, or because the app itself just doesn't work. Instructions need an overhaul. Keep it simple and straightforward.
It is a great app, WHEN IT WORKS! I had two forwards set up and they were working fine ... sending copies of texts, from those specific people, to my email. Then I decided I want ALL my texts sent to my email. I set up another configuration and deletes the two individual configurations. All my texts were successfully being forward to my email ... EXCEPT TEXTS FROM THOSE TWO PEOPLE. I assume the app is not deleting all the data from the defunct configurations. So I uninstalled the app ... then reinstalled the app ... and when I launched it from a fresh install, the "deleted" configurations were back. So I uninstalled again ... restarted my phone ... installed the app ... when I launched it from another fresh install ... restarting between uninstall and reinstall ... the "deleted" configurations were there ... AGAIN. So ... yeah ... It's a pretty good app, when it works.
Brilliant app! I had the SMS Backup+ app on this phone (LG ThinQ7) and my last one (Samsung Galaxy S8+) with neither working right with the app. Whenever I wanted to get texts to e-mail, I'd have to manually push them in the app. This app? Maybe 5 seconds after the text comes in, I get the e-mail. It's AWESOME. 😍
Beware!!! You cannot just try the app before deciding if it's worth purchasing. You get all the way through setup and get a message stating you must watch ads, or upgrade to premium for the app to become functional. I understand it's a money making business, but be up front about it. This is more like manipulation, and I don't see the need in wasting my time with that garbage.
I like it but it doesn't reliably work in the background. My main issue with the other similar apps was that exactly, i was hoping this was different. It works, but i need to boot the app and try again. I needed an immediately functional app unfortunately this didn't meet all my expectations. Great app though
Great functionality, when it works! Keeps crashing on my Note 9. When it does work, it's been great for receiving txts and missed call notification in at work where I can't have my cell phone. Fix the crashes and it'd be perfect!
Seems to handle forwarding messages well, but I have noticed that it will not forward "group messages" that contain more than one recipient. Have I set it up incorrectly or is the app currently unable to do this? Otherwise it works well.
Works beautifully. Fully, but easily configurable. Watch one ad to get enough freebie to try it out, then pay up your two bucks for ad-free use. Well worth the price. Highly recommend.
Truly disappointing. Am not entirely sure if it is me who didn't set things up correctly in settings or during the step-by-step set up or is it just the app itself. I entered the number I wanted the sms s forwarded from (as expected) then enterred the number I wished them to forward it to (as too expected), which was of course my own number. But all it ever did was repeatedly forward and resend a text message I received from my carrier telling me how much airtime I have left, on my behalf to a number I don't even know. This was at least 15 times, if not 20. I started off with a little more than R18 airtime and ended up with nothing. All this in less then 2 minutes! Simply because the sms I received from my carrier to tell me what my remaining balance was was sent to a number I do not know. I thought you get to DeCiDe YoUrSeLf on who you forward to and forward from. Does anyone know this number by the way: 0781188 ? Nevertheless, I don't. But it happens to be he the number I forwarded my texts to. I was not even supposed to send texts, this I can confirm through how I set up my account. But was supposed to receive them. Again I say if I have it wrong or have misunderstood the use of this app forgive me.
App is really nice, but i was looking for independency from service provider, i.e. messages. It would have been great if through internet it could have forwarded messages rather than being dependent on telecom service provider.
Just buy this app and it's working great. But it's very difficult for me when create new group add multi number to it. Could you please to add the check box when adding contact to group on your app or let us use the group contact on our phone which is easier to create.
By default I had no quota. I have to watch video ad or purchase premium version just to try the app. I would rather build this myself in a few hours. I just want to maintain rating, but please give off free credits for few days to try it out.
I've been looking for an app like this since having a HTC Desire C which had the exactly same features, but it was made for HTC's and I was unable to port it. Just out of gratitude I decided to donate. The address aren't bothering you when setting up and then that's it. I am very happy with it. Thank you dev
This has worked perfectly for me. I use it to share package notifications with my wife, and I wish she had the same app on her iPhone. I hope Google makes an exception for it, though when trying to send email, I couldn't find the text.
I wish I had more than five stars to give. The developer is awesome. I am a non paying user of the app. I emailed asking how I could use this app to cover my use case - a use case that only a few people might require. In twelve hours, the author, Yasmani, sends me this: "I just wanted to let you know that your request was implemented just now. I pushed an update to the Google Play Store." The feature soon rolled out on my phone and I am happily using it. It saves me a lot of time every day now.
app stops forwarding texts intermittently. Currently shown as running but messages not forwarding. Battery settings allow app to run in background but still stops working randomly.
It seems to work. If it continues to work I will upgrade. stopped working. ldont know why. i even made a new profile. i uninstalled and reisntalled the ap and it works again. not sure what the hiccup was. all is good now.
Tried the app and didn't like it. Just my preferences. Nothing against the app. But after I uninstalled, the calls are still being forwarded.
Not intuitive at all...you set up a configuration and it doesn't tell you how to forward the messages to my email!!
I mostly use this to forward sms to an iPhone for use with an Apple watch. Absolutely love the latest update with the inclusion of mms and missed call notifications!
not impressed. downloaded free version and unable to test since text quota starts at zero. download premium for 3.99 and test failed. now stuck with boat anchor code with no simple way to request refund.
The only Auto sms forward that worked for me, could you make a paid version that removes the "full network access" i disabled it on my own through an apk editor but would far prefer to pay for a version that excludes this as its extremely unsecure.
Excellent app, does what it promises. It forward all SMS from my bank regarding a specific transaction to my email. Will love if there is an option to forward messages to Whatsapp as well.
Best App I have ever tested. I want to buy the version without ads but in the menue the feature is greyed out.
Too big. Useless, as in, forwarding has a lot of glitches and often fails. Forces you to watch videos.

I just installed so I will change my rating if this one question is resolved: I have text messages being forwarded from phone number one to phone number two. When a third-party texts phone number one it comes through to phone number two just fine. When I attempt to reply to the third party text from phone number two it does not go through, it only goes back to phone number one. How do I reply to my third-party texter?
At first the app was only able to forward texts. I got in contact with the creator asking if images would ever be able to be forwarded and to my surprise, he replied within the hour saying he was working on an update with a target of the end of the day. Indeed he did because just a few hours later, there it was. Functional. Great app, great features, will recommend it to anyone!
