After updating to Android 11, app is asking for media only in media and file permission section. So Download report is not working. Please make it to media and file both

Able to easily access reports, however download function doesn't work properly. You can download but the file downloaded doesn't open. I tried opening via app, and also tried locating it in the provided path. It was not available either way

user interface is very clear and easy to use , going to be a very useful app for needy patients , definately going to be a great success . need to be circulated intensively on social media and with the ads in news papers even . many thanks to the initiators .

The performance is good but it's very sad that when I tried to download report it was showing downloaded but it reality it wasn't. Then I used website and check online it was very shocking that the online report was showing normal and when I got orignal from hospital it was showing infection. There must be recent CRN Nos and other past data in columns it save our time. You guys doing good work and fix this kind of problem. You are actually helping millions people. I will increase stars when you fix these problems.

After the app update, when booking an appointment, the option of allergy and pulmonary is not available.

Very useful app. for appointment fixing with the doctors. only if you know to whom you want to contact, especially the department. very good Hospital. its better than Uttar Pradesh Hopitals. All the staff members are very co-operative. Thanks to Management.

Every time i opened the app it's showing a popup with a message that This app is outdated and when I am checking the update on play store then there is no new update available for the app. I am stucked and not able to use the app. please resolve ASAP.

I try so many time to open this app, but always show slow internet connection, worst service of this app. So many people facing this problem afterthat why developersis not take a suitable action.

Yesterday I visited sms hospital second time. i found it was a great experience all things are properly manage and we can also book appointments online easily everything is free medicines doctor and labs thankyou

app is not working i trying from last 2 day and all time it's saying "slow internet connection try again" but online full HD video is playing on you tube.how much of internet speed is required to work this app properly

some times app doesn't work. It states that Slow Internet, please try again. Though internet is working properly.

Very annoying and pathetic app, you can register in queue but never on this app for appointment. Worthless app, developer should check and rectify immediately

Even after installing latest version of the app from play store, app is not working and asking to update it to the latest version.

This is not open , I tried many times continue 4 days but I couldn't open ,plz as soon as possible fix this bug

It is not good for connect with SMS hospital. It has always issue of network. Wrong words used by staff. No proper response.

It's awesome It's way far better than standing in the queue for hours. It gives value to our precious time

The app is not working while entering old CR number , continue saying that Please enter the Tehsil and last time I filled all yhe options correctly but now again the same problem happening.....

good app, but needs some improvements like, I have trying to book Apointment but not booked due to some error....only 200 apoinment per can be booked. Please improve this.

Very Slow. Lots of bugs. Appointment some time got fixed while other time not.
