Obviously the development team is understaffed. same issues for several weeks with no time frame as to when it will be fixed. I think in the 3 years I have been using this app there has only been a handful of updates that fixed nothing. I would say about 30% of the time it is responsive. I spend a lot of time getting transferred around when I call in and finally get told they will just call me back and never do.
I'd give a zero but can't. app has major problems. and have to give control of phone to app just to get it working half the time and app causing problems with other apps. and if any problems with app u get blamed and not paid.
id give it a 0 star if i could. app is clunky, not user friendly, and very buggy. only slows down my work day. not really sure why this app needs access to so many parts of my phone. jobs some how get deleted while im in the middle of service. just a waste of time in my opinion.
Easy to navigate, check in and out of jobs across the country, and always someone from sms Assist willing to help if you get lost. Great app.
Crashes all the time and now I'm locked out. When it does "work" it freezes. This is a terrible app
Why? Just why? The app functions very slowly no matter what device I have used it on. Customer support has helped one or twice but since then I've gotten the worst service. I recommend people use a different app.
App is ok but takes too much time in between pic to load 30 stops a day 4 min in app at every stop add up also too many repetitive I don't understand why so many questions if there's a problem I will make sure it taken care of
i can't tell you this company and app are easy to use with 24 customer care. I enjoy working for SMS and i have done over 475 jobs with no problems. The SMS team strive to help you grow,
Big fat '0'. there are alot of better gps apps for company's, so don't invest in this one Worst app ever. Loses data, jobs and connections all the time.
New update is bad, killing battery and have to restart my phone to stop the app. Photos are harder than ever to upload. Please fix it..
Barely works, my employer needs to change apps desperately... It adds WAY TOO MUCH time to my day
After the latest update the app is running all the time on the background. Did not give permission to do so.
Can never log in. Always have to force close bc it freezes. Have to use this for my job. Garage app
It was working and not it displays not customer info and doesnt allow me to access any of the posted jobs.
Horrible!!! When at facility this app works maybe 50% time.we have checked our phone settings to make sure its not us. They constamtly tell us their customers hire them bc of this app. Too bad custs don't do their homework & check out these poor reviews. Our company amd other vendors are seriously considering NOT renewing our contract bc of this useless app that we must use!!! NOW , we get $ taken off for every svc if app not used. Guess what, were penalized bc THEIR APP DOES NOT WORK. They are so dishonest to their customers representing this app as best.It is suppose to work synergistically w office admin portal. NOT.STAY AWAY. IT S A PURE FAILURE- GRADE F-
Way to many glitches. I can use the app less then a quarter of the time. So why even have the app?

Whoever updated this app obviously has no HVAC technician experience thank you guys so much for giving me all this extra work and expect me to do all of this in a rainstorm on the roof in the snow you guys are amazing. So I can't type out the belt I can't type out the manufacturer and I want to thank you guys because this app is the reason why I'm going to quit my job today If the person in the corporate office is dumb and retarded and can't look through their receipt books That's their fault
Horribly set up app. Nothing about this is logical or functions well.

Not a good experience having to add paperwork to a busy day. App bugs out and needs restarted and costs the customer more money to pay for the time needed for techs to use this.
