SMS Reader
When app is working and SMS is received, voice reader will read incoming message aloud according to app settings.
SMS Reader supports many languages:
- English
- Hindi
- French
- Spanish
- Polish
- Italian
If expecting language is not installed, app will inform user about it, and install language automatically.
Voice reader is very customizable, user can control speed, voice, pitch of the speaker.
In addition, there are many more settings for reading an incoming SMS.
Before using SMS Reader, You can test all voice settings and create best voice reader which fit all requirements.
The app allows you to easily convert text to speech, which can also contribute to fun.
This app is very helpful when your hands are busy, especially when driving or doing something, because all incoming SMS messages will be read without your hands!
SMS Reader uses Google TTS Engine, lease make sure it is installed on device.

I can't get it to read a single message. I tried five different reader apps and couldn't get any of them to read anything. The Speaker test works fine. I'm starting to think it may be a problem with my phone, not the apps.
does not work and you don't have selection to add permissions had to set it myself but I saw that there was no permission for SMS messages to be selected only contacts
It doesn't have the audio notification. Doesn't speak incoming text.
Just installed. Seems to work as posted. Love the different setting ability.
Only the rights text doesn't read text I have an SMS Reader from my old phone that works beautifully this is garbage waste space

Does this work with 7.1.1? It's not showing inbox sms reader on my BB KEYone but works in Samsung6.

Ever...💩💩💩 One day,I was expecting a critical SMS for work(I'm self-employed),and as driving(not fancying fine[or dieing!]for texting & driving)had downloaded App & had running in foreground,phone screen on,all aimed at App reading incoming messages. Heard notification "Ping",waited for reading.Nothing.Assumed "ping" was for something else. Wrong! Gave it 2nd chance,missed ALL over next few days,never read one - so,bye-bye. Won't miss you.
