Annoying app. It has the issue of not retrieving the personal shipments history. It only shows one old shipment most of the times while it doesn't show all other recent shipments. This has been happening since day on of publishing this app.

recipient address don't appear completely as it was written especially if you put international address. and also please put something that we will be able to edit/delete the saved recipient addresses as a result of multiple entries due to address do not appear completely upon proceeding. it is messed up on that part. and the posting of airway bill do not update immediately in real time. i've waited for 8 hours before the airway bill was sent to me through email.

The app is helpful but can be improved. It shows shipments that don't belong to me but there is no way to remove such wrong entries. It also doesn't allow me to add some missing shipments! These two improvements are crucial. From time to time, it's not able to publish my shipments at all too.

worst service ever! i am waiting for my delivery for last 6 working days. it is in the hub in my city already. every day i see that it is out for delivery and every evening it is back to hub. customer service can not answer why it is so. they keep promissing "tomorrow". unprofessional company. my second and last time using ur service. p.s. the first time i had troubles as well.

Smsa app will nit login with my phone. Calling your offices is impossible. And your shipment schedule is bad.

I sent important document, it should reach the destination in 1 week, but 3 weeks pass, the documents still with them. Very poor service.!

Worst delivery service. The customer service representative also not understand english. Since 4 days they can't able to deliver my shipment. In this small country bahrain they are delaying delivery. Bahrain Postal service is better than them. Not recommended at all.

First experience of using their branch service and apps. All went well here in Riyadh area, staff is polite and professional, while apps is very easy to use and provided me accurate updates about my shipment. Thanks for good 1st experience!

disgusting app and service.after install the app i have been trying for 4 day to sing in .but i didnt get OTP number in 4 days.wak thu on this app. and also i have an parcel , about 6 days ago smsa send me an sms to conform delivery address. but still now they dont send me any conformation.then when i tried to talk with customer care ,they didnt accept my call.over all they had deducated charge 10 sr for 4 munits. Tooooooo Baaaad service. i think smsa need to be closed their service forever if

Not good courier. They will not deliver your orders instead you will pick up them in there office. In fact you paid already. Why should I pick it up. Not recommend.

It's been 6 days no status update about the shipment. When make a call to customer care they file a complain and nothing happens. Still not received my shipment. Worst delivery service ever.

Worst ever company you ll deal with. They are just liars. They will never notify you if your shippenent reached the branch. You accidentally discover that you are late to pickup your shippenent . You will pay for door to door delivery but they will just escape this. The employee will lie telling you are not answering phone call. No customer service to help you. Not answering mails They will give you hard times full off suffering and lies. Try to avoid them it's my 2nd experience with them.

App does not work, when I call the call center they hear I speak English and hangup the phone.

Useless, ugly, buggy and pathetic.

The first step to enter my mobile number can not be completed. I did not see any worst application like this in my recent days.

Useless, shipments information is not displayed, rate calculation is not working, nothing actually works in this app

I can't activate the app, you say we sent you an activation code via SMS, but nothing! Thats really stupid

This app is the most horrendous thing that ever came on this store The app app is bad enough but the service of the company it self is atrocious on a whole other level I can't fathom how embarrassingly bad this app/company is
