It's impossible to easily interpret the usage/generation/cost graphs in the newest version. It doesn't show anything useful like the different time of day breakdowns in the previous version. Why make it harder for people to monitor their monthly energy usage? I don't get it.
Nice app that shows all the relevant details. Something that I would like to see in this app - With SMUD pushing time of the day aggressively, can the app show a color scheme directly on the homepage to tell me if it is peak/mid-peak or Off-Peak based on current time and season? That way I do not have to remember to check the timings to adjust my usage.
Easy and Efficient to use. Self intuitive and you do not have to click multiple boxes to get what you want. Information is accurate and I love being able to see our power usage and time of day usage at the click of a button anytime I want to view it.
The app won't let me log in. I end up having to log in online. It's pretty much useless.
Relatively easy to use and convenient, I appreciate the text about my electricity usage and the emails letting me know when my bill is ready. With the app I can pay anytime and anywhere I am without a PC.

The app could load a little faster. Other than that the convenience of being able to pay on the go is great. Work on the speed and I'll throw that 5th star up.
Its easy and very convenient also i like how you can input the amount you want to pay instead of having to pay the full amount if that is something you arent trying to do at the time.
Very very convenient. I love the fact that I can just log onto the app, view my purchase and bill summary, and pay the bill with the click of a button.
Cant pay Bill's or look at any of the options so this is pretty much useless to me. I've called many times and nothing has been done, I'm hoping something will happen now that people can read it. I will gladly change it to 5 stars if it actually works!
Very convenient and easy
everything is good except its just super slow. Theres also been times where it hasn't loaded at all, but overall the layout its nice and pretty straight forward.

I down loaded the app to get info on a power outage and it had the into I wanted. Though I would like it if I could Zoom the outage map to get a closer look of my neighborhood.
The app is not bad, but it could use a little more info, especially on the usage. Something similar to the desktop site. Update: they added more info. 5 stars
Great app, provides necessary info regarding your bill and I've had no issues with being able to cover my payments. No complaints
Very useful though it doesn't cover the Z-Wave functionality of the existing smartmeters which SMUD was so active in helping implement.

Easy to use, but signs me out some times and has small issues. Still very convenient.
Very clean, easy to navigate. Really like that there is an app now. The only thing that would make it better is integration with Nest Thermostat Time of Savings. That would be super helpful going into summer with the Time of Day rate - making it easier to save on A/C costs. Otherwise, very pleased with the new app.
