The Valentine's game isn't working anymore. Won't let me start level 8. & why do I keep seeing the same levels frequently? There's been a few levels that have already been beaten after struggling 1000 times to beat it, & I notice they're being used again for future levels & challenges. It's bad enough I had to play those countless times the first time I had them but now I have to do that same one AGAIN??? It's extremely annoying & I would even say it cheats me.
I had it updated on 16/09 as you suggested to go to the latest version, but nothing has changed. It simply doesn't work. Since the update of 20/08 it constantly crashes, usually upon startup. If I can start it up it hangs for 20/30s and stays darkened. If I get past this step then the map is empty and I can't browse it or play it anymore. :-( It's very unstable now and can't play. It's such a great game and at level 1700+ so I hope I haven't lost any data.
It is a good game. The ease of use, pretty graphics, the soft flow. It is true a about the slow loading. The adventures section would be better if you did not have to return to level 1 when you a game at a higher level. Fore a few days I have not been able to play, because if crashing issues. Before it can load it returns back to the picture of the app. Hopefully this problem can be resolved. Thanks
The newest update from 10-24-20 seems to have resolved all the issues. My only complaint is that connecting your Facebook does not save your progress as I thought it would...I would love a way to save this game to play across multiple devices. Also, when I reinstalled to try to fix the previous issues I lost all progress so I am not happy about that! And support does not respond back...so yeah.
game is great. Ads freeze up then i have to exit out and start over.
I love this game. I've spent lots of hours playing this over the years. I'm stuck on level 2270 currently. I've beaten it multiple times but it is frozen and I can no longer play because it doesn't give me the win it just stops in a frozen state. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn't help. Sad because this is the only game I play. Great game however just wish I could advance to next level and continue to play but it won't let me.
Again another misleading game smdh! You advertise offline games. But by far none off your games are offline! Stop false advertising games
It says it has a update but it want. Doesn't show update on here to update either. Will change my star review when this is fixed......
Love this game but since the last update it's been slow, you watch videos and get your reward sometimes but not always. When you watch the videos sometimes there blank or dont load at all. When you finish a level you dont always get your berries. Right now I opened my treasure chest and its frozen having turned for the game multiple times but it's still stuck been that way for hours.
It was good until I couldn't login for a while. Then when I finally could I had to start on level 1 and lost all the progress I made.
This game is actually a 5. However, after each turn I now have to watch an advertisement that is over 1 minute long with no way of closing out unless I close the game or watch the entire ad for over a minute long. Some ads obnoxiously take you straight to the play store app to force you to download their game. Seriously considering uninstalling at this point.
I'm very close to uninstalling this app. I love it when it works right but that rarely happens anymore. I just got a new phone but when I logged in thru my Facebook, all my stuff is gone. Started me at level 1. It took forever to connect to fb and I can't contact support thru the app, it says enabled. I sent them an email but heard nothing back. I had well over 100 smurfs, some I bought with real money. Please fix!!!
I downloaded this game to play offline but Everytime I go to play in a no WIFI zone, it won't load, saying it needs something downloaded. When I get home (with WIFI) & open the game, it opens up with no problem! It is not requiring an update or any additional downloads! This will be the reason I uninstall it.
Excellent game. Just experiencing some difficulty after level 230. Got the gift but when I opened it up it freezes after the second prize. Re-installed app still does the same thing. Even if u close the app and open it up again it gets stuck in the same place.
Freezes up, to long on downloading store updates, bought items not showing but taking smurfberries. Won't let me collect smurfberries or daily like it should. Please fix.
So this is the thing... Now that the smurfs are moving again, there's another problem. What happened to multiple video view saves? Now we are down to just one view in order to get a power up. That's just dragged the boring back into an already tough game. Because you can beat just one round and that's it. Wait till the next day or whenever to pay another unbeatable round... I'm not liking that at all... I've stopped playing until that's fixed as well.
I am hooked! I play this for hours a day. But when you get so far in the game, it'll quit loading and eventually you'll have to uninstall it because you won't be able to get back in that game. I've been patiently waiting on this to be fixed but it's been 3 months since I've got to play. This technical issue needs to be addressed quickly, otherwise, this app will get a 👎 by everyone. Once this is fixed, it's a 👍, absolute great and fun game! 🙂
For a brief moment today I thought the bug had been sorted out on the game.. I was so wrong. The game freezes again. Can't get past a level and can't collect my coins. This is seriously wasting my time. I will be looking for a more effective bubble game😡🤬
Avoid money scamming game that's not even been built correctly. Bubble don't land where you want, say no internet when there is, freeze, all your collectables dissaper an takes ages to reappear, tap to get your smurf Berry's but screens blank you Hong it also does nothing. Have noticed if you play a video or two for boosters, somehow your bubble will go else where. Your offerd to watch videos for extra coins non-stop but but when I had no berry's and only needed 50 coins it say you not available
REALLY??? Erace all of my progress????? The game was working fine until the last update. I saved all my progress to my Facebook account. The game was up to date. I didn't play the game for a while. Then, I went to play the game today and it would not let me play the game. It gave me a "free smurf". Then, a treasure chest. When I went to open the chest it goes completly out of the game. Tried it several times, same thing. I uninstalled the game, reinstalled it, ERASED EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!
I use to love playing this game but ever since the update it does not work properly. Freezes constantly (cant even get into a game after 10 min waiting), when I collect my gifts again freezes and I dont get them added on. You should really fix these issues. Once fixed I would give it a 10 out of 5 stars....
I don't like it at all. It only gives you a hundred coins every so often after so many legal. The token cost of everything is to much. It takes to long to get your coins to get anything. Also when I go to shoot over half the time it switched colors on me , and I know I didn't touch it to make it switch. Don't like I'm deleting it .
Since 4 or 5 days ago, all that remains of my game is the "Download Required" screen and the "Updating" screen. Before this occurred, I had acquired the Fuzzy Planet village several months ago. Smurfs has been one of my favorite games and I had been playing it every day while waiting and hoping for more villages to be added to the game.
I love this game! Not sure if it's a new update thing or if a glitch in the game but it has been a long time since I've gotten any of my 7-Day login Rewards. Also not sure when this new update is going to download but waiting and the glitching is getting irritating. As of right now the game constantly freezes.
Game is loads of fun. Been playing for a while. Smurfs brings me back to my childhood. Needed updates and the company was quick to respond and fix when I sent a message. Its a must play game. Graphics great. Characters are fun to watch in the game. Each level is different and the prizes change which keeps the interest. Im already on level 631.
Game was not working properly and royal rush had disappeared. Tried several timea to restart game and restart phone. Still wasnt working. Uninstalled game and tried to re download, didnt think it would be an issue since all progress is supposed to be saved when logged into Facebook. Reinstalled and everything is gone. I am now all the way back at level 2. Have been playing this game over a year, I will no longer be playing if issue can not be resolved. Erika
I have difficulties off and on with this game. It was not a problem in the beginning, but as of the last 2 months there has been no option to watch videos to earn coins. Occasionally I can't move around without going to the map to do so. Usually I can press the arrow at the top of the screen. Update *** Still no solution after emails back and forth. I think it might be time to find a new game, and I've been playing this for a few years at least.
