With the new vivo v11i it always says no possible moves with these tiles. But always have moves available. Can't get it to work..

WHEN I TRY TO OPEN THE APP IT ALWAYS SAY APP HAS STOPPED NOT SURE WHAT THE PROBLEM MAY BE
It doesn't give the points like it suppose to. I'll snap the game and do the overlay and then it will say 50 points but when I play the word only get 20
Hasn't captured import screen correctly since last update. Can't use on my Note 5.

The problem was at my end. I fixed it and updated my rating. However, I have another issue with the app. It is reading the Q as an O.
