I expected prices and some kind of ordering mechanism a shopping basket etc but the app is literally just a catalogue advertising the product and not showing prices or ways to order. Useless app to put it simply very disappointing from a company as large as snap on
App is relatively straightforward to run, but not intuitive. Items can be searched by category, keyword or item number, but item descriptions do not display item price or backorder status. Also, app forces landscape viewing only. Frustrating.
No pricing and most of the products on the app are either outdated (old) or they no longer sell. They definitely aren't on the website. You find yourself interested in a color or tool to find out it doesn't exist. Terrible!
App usually works great. Prices are no longer available. Hope they fix soon. Other than that, app is a great way to shop without being on the truck.
There is no way to order anything. This is a complete waste of time when trying to order tools. It dose not have any way to order anything sold by snap on. It makes no sense to omit the ability to buy what the company sells and everyone is using the application for.
It was a good app, but now they don't show you the price anymore. So what's the point of looking at tools if I don't know how much it is. I had it for almost 3 years but now uninstalled it.
Installed for maybe 20 minutes and could tell the app was out dated and pricing was completely off. Got the product number from a roll cart and sent it to my distributor it listed for 1230.00 but was actually 2800.00 then sent him another one that snap on doesn't even make anymore
No prices. The app interface is garbage. Just like the wireless pressure gauge app. Spend $700CAD on a pressure tester. And get this level of garbage app.
Rubbish. I get the no prices thing, but they didn't even offer decent descriptions or pictures of their items. Why even make an app if you had no intent on putting any effort into it?
App is easy to navigate. Super simple. Why cant they keep it up to date though?
Didn't work at all. Search function was inoperable and it was impossible to find the simplest of things
No pricing, no way to order tools from the app. What is the point of this if you can't order tools? Why not just go to Amazon instead. Un-installed.
Good app. let's you see some of the products before you check out the truck and touch them.
It doesn't show prices and it doesn't have all their tools listed.
Much better to go online, shows prices,more frequently updated, and don't have to allow them into my phone
Without pricing, app is useless. You're reading reviews, click the filter button that says positive. See? Nothing. Plenty of 3 4 and 5 star reviews but, none under positive
Needs more pictures and better pricing.
Horrible app...most model numbers do not show up if older number..If lucky to bring up,does not show cost.
Terrible..app is never updated..such poor effort by someone that is supposed to have the best tools..so i used to think.
Convenient. I would like the option to compare products did by side.
Doesnt show prices or list supplemental brands sold on trucks (ie Knipex, Fluke, OTC, etc)
They can't put the prices cuz they don't have room for that many zeros. Snap on is complete garbage. Everything is so overpriced that you're just throwing money away. Instead of buying snap on how about feeding hungry children. The price of 1 screwdriver would feed a whole family.

The app is almost convenient. It's good that you can look up the prices of tools, but I would rather use the app to look up my balance and link it with my bank account. I'd like to be able to put more towards my credit account here n there when my budget allows it with the click of a button instead of waiting for the truck.
