The user interface is well structured and really easy to navigate. The policies for sellers are really beneficial and keeping customer experience also at top priority. I have enjoyed working with them in my entire journey. Their logistics support is seamless and their courier partners have professional pick up executives.

It’s an amazing App, makes managing my business easy. It has some of the greatest features which simplify the entire process of selling. I use this App all time to check my Snapdeal sales and inventory. I can make a quick edit to listings on the go. I get real-time alerts on the new order, buyers' questions, price, and a lot more. I have never faced any issues with their logistics team as they are highly professional. I recommend this App to all sellers.
Worst seller support. Worst commission structure ----------------------------------- Update: after Snapdeal's response Yes of course I am a registered seller. A month ago snapdeal suspended all my listings because "I have not updated them in a very long time". Most ridiculous reason. And i am not going to raise query and wasting time in follow up because i have a business to run. Another ridiculous thing is that if buyer cancels order, the seller has to bear the return shipping cost. Excellent
snapdeal is fooling the sellers by keeping their payment on hold after the item has been delivered. After the delivery of the item it still shows payment on hold the item has not been delivered in the payments page. It has been more than 2weeks snapdeal is not transfering any money, they are keeping everything with them. When they transfer money they give only 20-30% of the money of the payment page and keep the rest with them. They are doing their own business. I regret registering on snapdeal.
This app is designed with a lot of practical approach. The interface is well-designed and so handy to use it throughout. I couldn’t find any issue in navigating it at any stage, I was given a proper training though. The support team is extremely caring and supportive and understand all the needs. The best part is that they are available throughout to provide extended support. I feel like that I am an important family member of Snapdeal family.
Worst experience ever in this app. I'm selling my product with flipkart and amazing but in snapdeal I'm not getting my payment. Also there courier person are not coming for pickup timely. And they are charging us for this for late shipping. And getting more courier return. And less orders. We are selling our products for profit not for loss. After that my account is on credit. Also app are not working properly. I'm very much disappointed. I need my my or my products.
The App is simple and easy to operate, one can quickly learn how to use it and start managing his/her business. Snapdeal is a very good online marketplace for start-ups. I onboarded Snapdeal as a seller in 2017, and within three and a half years I expanded my business to multiple categories, and it was only possible because of Snapdeal. The charges on each product are minimal, therefore, you can earn a good profit from a single product. Support team and the rest of the management are fantastic.
almost after a month, after processing some 9 orders (out of which some 4 were cancelled becoz the assigned delivery person didnt turned up) i have got charged a penalty of around 400+ rs for no fault from my end. And today their seller support is telling me that the mobile application of snapdeal seller is unstable and please dont use it. They charge penalties for no reason and their seller support are ambiguous ( they say something over phone and something else on mail).
Most of the time it doesn't show real time info. Most of the options don't work as they're meant to. The only I'm rating it 2 stars is because it shows me how many new orders I have (sometimes that data is also not shown correctly but at least it works)
Absolutely pathetic and unresponsive app. Not at all seller friendly. The UI is sad. The backend infra seems to be overloaded as the app fails to load 9 out of 10 times. Features are laid out in a very complicated manner not allowing a seamless and fluid display of data.
There are a few issues with this app. Advertisement summary not available and can't assist completely with the advertising. This needs to be fixed. Size can't be updated as well. Apart from this, helpful for all other works.
Worst seller app I have ever used. It never working keeps on showing the loading screen you have to close and open the app atleast 10 times to see the home tab. Then follow the same process to see the order tab. The manifest tab is never working, always showing reload and try later message how will we raise pickup request or dispute if it is not showing the manifest. What is the point of instaling seller app if I have to log in through my laptop for doing even the simplest of tasks.
The App is designed such a way that you can manage your business at ease. The main difference between other platforms and Snapdeal is that the App is very friendly. The cateloging is extremely easy to operate. The payment cycle is also fixed, which makes Snapdeal my preferred platform. I get good margins, there is clarity about the payment date and thier is no delay. The category and account managers have taken a lot of initiative and the support is great.
App is not even good for kanaging profuct. I have problem listing the product . First i cant add new product listing via app. And i cant log in into website because there stupid algorithm tells you to download the app every time one tries to login. Really? This is how you do it.learn from amazon and do something good for sellers.
This is a fantastic app I have ever come across in my entire life. I have been selling my products almost with all the available online modes and companies, however, snapdeal is one of the best companies for the sellers and the customers. The policies are transparent that one has not to worry about the payments. Furthermore, snapdeal has never delayed my payments in the last 3 years of working with them. The entire process is so convenient that my staff can operate this app without any hassle.
It has so many bugs and now whenever I open it, It shows network not available even when I am connected to Internet. Invoice doesn't gets printed nor they get emailed to me. And Manifest button is also not working. Would request you to improve the app and fix it.
Really very bad experience , very late payment and when I am recieving 50 plus orders per day ,they disable my all products and saying that you have pending orders. Amazon is much better ,as they have not even disable my all products as I am getting 💯 orders per day in it.Paymeny is also very fast in Amazon as compare to Snapdeal. And I think that Snapdeal is worst app for sellers and they disable your products anytime.
When we click print it has option of sending invoices to email which is very good feature. Unlike other which you have to download and then send mail. This app has automatic mail. You can improve this further by giving option of sending mail to two more mail ids.
Simply WOW! After a very long period of time, I have shopped from Snapdeal. I loved the experience of shopping. If I compare Snapdeal with all other big brands in the marketplace present today, I would say, Snapdeal offers the best quality products at minimum cost. They offer free and fast delivery on all products which no other e-commerce does currently. One can easily raise their issues from the app itself. Which is indeed so convenient.
