I just got robbed. I've recently changed phone, so when i tried to log in my snapfeed acc, it said my email is not registered. I've claimed rewards before, so there's no way my email is not registered.
It seems like many merchants scan device not operating or functioning. Also the movies and promotion page not available too for quite a while . What is happening? Tq
It won't log in even after I changed my password then I tried again and it said my email doesn't exist like what I'm trying to log in to another phone like two phones and I logged out in my current phone and its not letting me log in saying either my email is invalid or my password is invalid I just changed it 20 seconds ago I think I would remember
Useless... This app only can use in brunei muara only... Tutong,Belait cannot use... Im try to redeem the coupon at auntie anne at kb central and tutong branch but the staff told me snapfeed only can use in bandar only.. useless!!!
Zero communication for shutdown of services. None of the vendors should get any heat for this since they weren't informed either.
You need to inform us if the vendors are discontinuing their contract so we can redeem our points. This is so disappointing. Please improve your service before i uninstall your app

Terrible app I had 800 points and it decided to log me out when I tried to recover the account it said my email wasn't registered
Please delete this app. Not so much content updated by the developer. Boring and useless.

The app offers a lot of helpful functions and offers/promos but it can feel a crowded at times, especially when using it during Ramadan time that has promos a Iot. I also don't find the scrolling and loading to be done all that well, as already loaded stuff can somehow disappear and get reloaded again thus disrupting the flow. It would also be preferable if the photos attatched to the promos could be zoomed in, as some of the details can be hard to see (not sure if I'm just bad at zooming in though).
I like snapfeed and I download them ever since the first version. As of today, I hope Snapfeed can update a new one immediately. I found it to be messy, I cannot check restaurants and menu, I cannot check my reward and I don't really understand how to use the points. Felling dissapointed 😕
The App worked great until one day it just disappeared from my home screen. I did not realised that a newer version was updated automatically until I tried to use the App at Auntie Anne. I kept looking for my rewards points..... they were not there. I like the idea of earning points for every dollar spent. But I hate losing my accumulated points..... really disappointed.
Please update your directory. Opening/closing time matters. We just wasted our time today visiting 3 shops that you listed as open on Sundays but actually don't.
when i search."an error occured. please try again later." i refreshed still same error message. open in web browser have error message "this page can't load Google Maps correctly" please kindly fix it ASAP
Used to work just fine before the new updates, please bring back the option to view menu and I am also experiencing a bug which causes lag when loading the promotions/events.
It would be better if theres a menu for restaurent, just like old version.
I love the older version of this app. Was very convenient before with the menu available in the directory.. please bring the menu back...

Last April, you said the menu will be temporarily turned off and will be made available soon. And now it is december! What is temporary to you?

What happened to my rewards on previous version? Because i can't seem find them anymore
App seems to have stopped working with no communication. Can't get any of my loyalty cards etc. Merchants say they don't know what's happening either.... Oh well. All those points are now... pointless I guess.
