Extremely unreliable. This app sounds great in theory, but in reality it is a different story altogether. Pictures get reordered and even when you fix the order, they don't stay that way. Of course, that is if they stay at all. We have had to retake multiple vehicle photos because they somehow just disappear from vAuto. We went back to our old process (taking them in the vAuto app) and all the problems disappeared. This app is definitely not ready for prime time.

February update rendered the 360 functionality useless. Part of the car gets cropped out everytime even while using a gimbal. There also was only a marginal difference in the amount of space needed to record the exterior walk-around. The app still works great for pictures. Galaxy s10 and s9.

Update: Can't even finish taking photos of one car without having to restart app 8 times. They do not respond to feedback. .... Crashes constantly. I've sent lots of feedback and reinstalled/updated. It does not work. update: still crashes at the most inconvenient times. i hate that i have to use this app for work.

Horrible app and development. Consistently crashes and forces a restart of the device to get the app working again. Frequent updates that bizarrely remove quality of life features and a common freezing issue really drive home how much everyone should avoid this. Would like to give a day by day update worth of how terrible this app is. UPDATE: Guess what? They pushed out another update and now it can't make it through a single car.

The camera has gotten worst since the last update because now a lot of photos are out of focus. Also, the app would use my phones (Pixel 2) HDR features automatically on the previous version of the app.

For some unknown reason the App crashes on launch. Doesn't look like an update has happened to cause it since this is a new problem. I've deleted reinstalled cleared Cache you name it to try and fix with no luck

Absolutely awful application. Constant updates that make the application worse than before. Stock photos replacing your profile pic. This app is absolutely garbage.

App keeps crashing repeatedly and i lost all the pictures i took. I would not recommend until they fix it

Cannot even open the app. Immediately crashes on Android platform. Co workers with iPhones unable to show updated inventory. Pleaaase fix.

Good app, camera needs to be more like default, where you can edit the exposure more precisely.

Will hold vehicles in a cue, never make it to website...have to delete app and reload about 10 times so far...unreliable.

Force update when I'm in the middle of using it. Constantly updating, upload refresh time takes forever.

After the last update the 360 stop uploading, this app it's so useless its frustrating

Needs an offline version for people with show cars for display to friends.

This application has been working great for me I do about 20 Cars daily..

Has been nothing but problematic since April. Constantly crashes. Car overlay disappeared with the latest update. App freezes and crashes on login screen 9/10 times.

Good app but Digital Lot is the app this one wanted to be when it grows up.

Such a great system to take inventory photos! Takes the hassle right out of the process, and the new update amazing! I highly recommend!

Major improvement to app being able to save photos to the sd card. Improved syncing on Wi-Fi. Just a couple of minor issues with bar code reader but its infrequent depending on light and glare.
