It's not an application. It's a web application which is a shame. And because of that, it's so slow. Also after a while of using, the phone gets hot. MAKE THE MENUS SIMPLE. There are so many useless options that you can merge them. For example, merge everything related to porting. Or foods, supermarkets, etc. Also, some parts of the UI are bad-looking and look like a kid's app.

The search is so weak specially on the map. And it's getting more and more expensive. When you search a place on the map, it shows you somewhere else. Not good at all.

Everything is fine and getting better during the updates, except for deleting the online recharge purchase and paying the bills in the latest updates, if you add them again I will give it a 5 star rating.

All in all it's a good app, it has eased transportation a lot, made it cost effective and time saving. You can buy snapp credit through internet which then you don't need to pay for the ride in cash, a big plus for me. But damn it's buggy as hell and all these bugs happened with the latest update, and it's been quite few month since developers released this update and haven't put much if any effort to fix the bugs. Not only me but also my friends have faced a variety of bugs that other reviewers have already mentioned, i think they betta fix them soon, some of them cause serious problems and waste the costumers time.

The prices are expensive and its very bad that the driver can cancle the trip when he/she already accepted while the passenger needs that car. I suggest to add an option for passengers: choose whatever car you want. For example you have a big suitcase and you are 3 people so you need a bigger car not a pride. Therefore you can order whatever you want.

Privacy Violation : As long as this app doesn't allow user to fully and permanently delete their account,It's count as Privacy Violation! Not user friendly! Full of Bugs : Last night I hired a driver and set the destination exactly. Not only they sent me a different car and different driver and the app didn't set the destination I chose but also they asked for much more extra money!

Really useless these days. The taxi service is awful. Never available when needed, even after using the "I'm in a hurry" mode. Even when a driver accepts, it takes a long time for them to arrive. The prices are unreasonably higher than before although the service has declined in quality drastically.

Easy to use, but the prices is very high and sometimes it doesn't show the destination or address Which make the app Useless when we're out or in a hurry... I know we have internet problem so it will be better if it works offline it's really bad when the driver can cancel the trip when you have something emergency to do!

This is probably an app to find what you have in your handy . When you turn on mobile data It automatically turns on when you force stop it within set up menu after some seconds it turns on silently again . Have a look in permission division and see all permissions, you can't believe what you see!

Disappointing. I tried to create an account but I received this message telling me that my email was registered before🤨 and then I tried with another email, I didn't receive any confirmation email. I created an account and logged out from it, then I attempted to log in again, but it says my password is wrong. Seriously?!!!! What is wrong with you people?!?! This app is supposed to be helpful, but it's rather Irritating and Dissatisfying.

I want easily with no thinking about deeply playing I mean more present Express than interesting like that easily convince things like I chooses anything whether best requires but I know I respect of all the time but when we we expect it better like an experienced manager otherwise we all expect something always better something different soft games like PS. I mean play station server system xbox's ps3 software ps5& 4 like that my choice and you better know thanksgivings are better

This app is having many problems. especially every time you want ro register it after installation, you get a registration code but the app says this code is wrong. Though i tried many times but the problem persists. even when the app is working, it takes at least 1 hour for one driver to take and respond to your taxi request. It makes me believe i would better walk to my destination rather than waiting for one hour and squandering my time. Taxi fares are most of the times very high by the way.

The application was working fine until a few weeks ago when, once again, it had automatically signed me out of the app for no apparent reason but this time, i was not able to sign back in. I would enter my phone number and enter the code that was sent, but nothing would happen and it would stay in the code entering page, without giving any kind of info on wether it was accepted or not or if there is any problem. Please fix this ASAP.

Unfortunately this app can't support all the snapps apps as well as possible. For example the market part of this app is very slow and it takes a lot of time to purchase what you want. I don't like to use it except for the taxi part. The other negative point is about the rush hours that finding the taxi is very very hard unless you cancel some times, after increasing the money you can have a taxi! Snapp doesn't consider the TIME. At last I think that this app needs more modification.

Good. Very useful. Just update your map and be more responsiple to your customers. A year ago I lost a medical instrument during the trip. It was in the car. I realized it when I got off. The driver didn't answer my phone and also you guys didn't give me a clear answer. It's not good at all. But you deserve a 5 star score for this iranian app after all.

Not satisfied. 1- takes too much power to function,the phone gets white hot when opening the app. 2-definitely not an easy-to-use app, takes time and requires substantial amount of patience to work with it. 3- used to be good but now is the worst app you could possibly imagine. I'm changing to something else.

Disappointing experince. After waiting for my request to be confirmed for a long time, I decided to cancel my request. The application crashed and once I checked there were no active seesions. 20 min later, already on my way, and I get a call from an angry driver who's waiting for me!!! I check the application and surprising enough there's an active session. This is terrible both for me and the time wasted for the driver.

Good app, it's pretty handy, but there are bugs that need to be addressed! The server is sometimes annoyingly slow. And I think it'd be nice if there was an option for adding tip to the fair when you pay online.

Low transportation speed. They all are like snail. You need to reconside to use this app for yourself

when it is searching for a car my phone start heating very fast, please fix it.

Why should an app be running while you do not need it to run????? How you ever force stop it, it keeps bumping up again after a short while. It consumes battry and the active memory of my cellphone. It is MY my cellphone and it is supposed that I have a controll over it, not that an intrussive app like Snapp keeps get on my back forcefuly as it like. I've talked to many others. They are fiurious too about it. We decide to uninstale such intrussive upp from our phone if the snapp doese not ...

At first, it was good and useful, but after the latest update it does not work correctly, map gets so confusing and doesn't locate you correctly, the pay fee is rising every day...the old version was good but now it's just a shame...

This is in regards to the SNAP BOX service within the app. Every other time I try to get one a, I have to cancel 3 to 5 requests because they have No Box and it is extremely frustrating. Unbelievably frustrating!

overall is good all though we had really bad experience with snap especially with customer service. they never willing to help you especially when you're a foreigner visiting the country. be very careful when you using it in Esfahan some of the drivers are terrible.
