I've tried to delete my account multiple times by sending an email. It says in the Terms Of Service/Privacy Policy that you can delete your account by sending an email. It is the ONLY way to do delete an account. I've sent multiple emails in multiple months and no reply. DO NOT INSTALL if you aren't 100% sure you need this app.
A decent app if you are reservations or picking up. However, it should not be used for delivery purposes. It does not give you any status update about when your order would arrive or who is bring the order. Also it does not tell you whether it has been picked up yet. The app uses a third party delivery service (ie Uber Eats, or Doordash) so you are better off using those apps instead. The silver lining is using for pick up orders, it will tell you your status and will not make you think that your order is somewhere else.
Constant errors in retrieving order information. I am keeping my fingers crossed for my order to be processed correctly but I will constantly worry until I've received my order. I will uninstall this app as soon as I pick up my order until you fix it. Apps that handle people's money should not be so buggy!
glitch with the login. try to login with my phone number, can't even press and type anything. so what should i do with an app that doesnt work? uninstall. will try and redownload if they fix the problem though
It is not for Malaysia region but the app didn't clearly write out. Such lousy app.
It doesn't give details to your orders like the time you selected for Pick Up.

Failed to sign in. The apps just failed to sms to my mobile!
Only send me reservations in Chinese. No English even though we are in Vancouver.
May i know what number do the company used for verification? I tried signing up but could not get the code at all.

Using this for haidilao, now became holang lo
I made a reservation four days ago for tonight. Today, I updated the number of guests from 3 to 2 and it changed the time of my reservation with no warning. OMG. Good thing I noticed. I phoned the restaurant right away and they gave me some trouble but I managed to get back my original time. This app has just ONE job to do - make reservations. Don't screw it up. You must show a large warning if the app is changing something by itself.
