I have been using SnapRx since 1 year and its truly amazing software. Feature i like most is customization, you can device your own templates, insert own diagrams etc. The technical support team, I must say, is very attentive and experts in the field. They know exactly what busy practicing doctors like us want! I had 1 or 2 queries or changes which were solved/done in less than 2 hrs by the team. The customization invoice feature is also great! Its good for Tele-Consult also. You can send prescription and invoice to patient on email once consult is over. All in all I highly recommend this software.
Excellent software for OPD , all details of patient can be saved, and data is secured online. Best part is easy to learn and once you are used to it, it's even faster than writing due to template & favourites. The support team is best and prompt which is much needed in innitial phase.
Very easy to use on any Android phone. the only problem is that it cant be used on a desktop or laptop. but for me and others who are comfortable with a small android screen or a palmtop or a tab, this is the most ideal app for clinical practice.

Very disappointing. Not at all user friendly app. So many mistakes which never get corrected. May be good for GP's. But for ENT, never go for it.

I have recently purchased (subscribed) this app...amazing customization they have done for me as per my requirement...very efficient team especially Manish, shyamsundar, swati madam.. I and my father who is 70 yrs old he also can easily operate it... Their prescription pad looks amazing and can be sent through whats app, mail... Before purchasing app my big headache was case paper handling which is greatly solved by snapRx. Best part is it works in offline mode also...and on mobile as well...
very good software, i can use offline and give proper prescription to my patients. good experience as ophthlamologist. initially its a time consuming but good experience with snaprx.
Good software app. Service is upto the mark so far. After initial inconvenience, I find this app user friendly. SnapRx team have done all customizations that I wanted. Me and my Patients are satisfied.
Horrible software, breakdown issue is so high that u cant use it for a single patient. Would sugest all respective dr. to go for option. worst after sales service aswell.
