SNAPSTAR™ STUDIO

This app is really useful, in that way you can snap some photos of the #SNAPSTAR of which you take with the camera function, and yes you can even share them with your besties I meant best friends. The app has now more features from makeup options, hair and accessories, even the abilities as to change the color if the eyeliner, eyeshadow, eyelash, eye color. Really great and neat.

The 'make-up' doesn't even on the proper spots, Her eyeliner is where her eyebrows should be. I've tried take the pictures over and over but they come out the same, leading me to believe that is an software issue. Other than that the app is pretty basic which is not necessaraly a bad thing. A thing that would be cool to see in the app whould be 'colored contacts' option so you can costomize your dolls picture a bit more.

I think the concept is cool, green screen worked once but I try to use it again, it jus didn't do anything!! I tried 1 hair piece on her and I could'nt try another for some reason it jus did'nt want to work!! I tried the glasses and was able to move it around to make it sit right on her face. The text worked well with being able to move it around and make bigger and smaller!! I like the doll, looks like me!! I think it's a great buy the doll, is very articulated but the app needs work!😌

My phone is a Blu VIVO XI + and your app is not supported by my phone and because of this my daughter cannot fully enjoy her birthday present. App starts up but doesn't save creations, refuses to find dolls face even with proper lighting. And often won't even snap picture. When it does actually snap picture, it is only on the "green screen" function nothing on the "preset" or "normal" modes, work for taking pictures.

The how to videos in the tutorials don't work on app. It can't connect comes up. I went on line to the website and watched the videos there. The rest of the app works fine and I really enjoy it! The dolls are awesome so I bought 3 of them and I will get the other 3 later!🤗❤👍

Not impressed with the app. The dolls are fab but no point putting in the greenscreen in the box as app does not work properly. Took 2 photos and then crashes on two different devises as was not sure if it was the tablet. Also you cannot zoom in or ok so pic in not great.

I love the snapstar dolls but the new updated App not at all to be honest. I really wish they bring the original old version of the app back because it allowed me for example to use any background from my photo gallery on my phone and it just worked way smoother then this one ! Also you were able to preview how the background looks before taking a picture. Not to mention you were also able to use pictures that you use from your phone gallery of you Snapstars and then implement them in the app!!!

after I take a photo it stretches it out widthwise and makes it look goofy. The app is kinda lagy in spots especially in choosing a backdrop. The camera needs a timer function and a flash when not in green screen mode.

Daughters were so excited by these dolls and app but the app freezes, crashes or doesn't work at all. I now have 2 very upset little girls. The 1 time I did get it working the lips and eyes didn't line up properly and then it froze anyway. Trying to explain to your daughter's that they can't use the gift they just got, it would be easier to just not buy this sort of thing in the future.

I would have prefered to be able to keep both versions of the app instead of loosing the first. :( I have not had any success with the new version as it crashes before being done and saving.

My daughter loves her doll, but the app is not working. It keeps crashing. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled but having the same issue. This really sucks because my daughter really wanted to use the app

The doll are the best dolls created yet although when you add makeup it glitches on the doll and there's nothing to do on it. It also changes your doll when you pick one.I will try my phone because ime on a tablet but I wish was a zero. Everyone says that it's fun but there's only take photo, settings,choose doll and that's it.😤👎👎👎👎

This app is absolutely worthless! It makes the actual figure of the doll's thinner and because that, no accessories fits onto your pictures you take. Very dissatisfied!

My granddaughter was so excited to use this app, all it does is crash an freeze and we tried it on 3 different types of phones!! Useless app..... wasted money on the doll also if you cant use the app with it!!

Doesn't work at all. Says failed to connect and I use my phone internet and it works with all other apps. WiFi works fine with everything else except this. Waste of money. Never again will I purchase this product.

Only works once. Used to edit and save a picture of the doll but next time you can make edits but it does not save. Very disappointed

This game is super cool! You get to know what the dolls like and their 3 things they can't live without. There backgrounds are cute. I'm 8 years old and my mummy let me write this review. :)

I loved it, but there was one problem. Whenever I used the solid colored eyeshadow on anyone, it puts a white facemask-like thing over the dolls entire face.

Worthless if you don't own a snapstar doll. I heard you could do cool greenscreen things with dolls but when I finally got it to clearly focus on my ball jointed doll it insisted there was no face detected. My phone's stock camera regularly picks up my dolls' faces. Don't know why this can't...

some features work but others don't. the tutorials are not working for me. but everything else seems to work okay. overall I'm having fun with my doll Aspen. also this isn't George it's his wife. Lol.

Its full of fun and learnings tutorials to help you. My first experience with SNAPSTAR was a BLAST!! I hope you have just as much as I did/do!❤

I like the first app better because you had the option of change in the background to whatever i choose now this new update is bad is there any way i can get back the old app? If so that would be great then maybe bid be able to rate this app better

I love this app and it is so fun. I just really wish you could take a picture for the green screen background. I would use this app much more if I could.

Too dark. It does not give the option to habe the light on with the camera. Cannot take any pictures.

I love this game my only problem is that i wish you could chand the outfit. Im not gonna rwmove a star tho cus thats just me and its not really a problem. Overall amazing game 100% recommend if you like styling games

Can only take one picture each time. The girl Vita was not on app. Not going to uninstall and reinstall every single picture. Probably should update im guessing

Does not take pictures. Bought two dolls and cannot take photos of either within the app. What are we doing wrong? Samsung S10.

Why do we have to scan the dolls face why can't we just do green screen pictures without the doll in it like the app used to be like that so I'll give it 5 stars if u change it back.

This newest update doesn't work. It's blocking me from taking photos with the greenscreen. An waste of time and energy on this update.

We haven't even been able to use the app. It crashes every time we try to pick a doll. Whats the point of an app that never works?
