Wont work at all. Says it needs an update but no update available. Round amd round we go. App used to be OK but now it doesn't even load. Have you reinstalled it? Still doesn't work. Cleared data and cache? Still doesn't work. I'm assuming there will be an update shortly because its pointless having an app that doesn't doesn't open.

Thank you for your attention to my post. The app is no longer crashing at launch. after Android 12 update on Thank you for the fix. PXL4 SNS immediately crashes after tapping the app to launch. It's Nov 1 and still no Hot Fix 🥺🥴

App works fine, and is probably one of the better sneaker apps out there. My biggest problem is that it takes literally 5 min to open the app. Update, loading times are improved!

A lot of lagging with loading the app when you start it. None of the photos of the shoes show up. None of my raffle wins, etc are shown. The app is messed up.

Opening the app takes a lot time, I thought be a one off issue but then I uninstalled the app and installed again. The issue still persists. I am unable to signup for raffeles.

The app is painfully slow to load. Yet instead of fixing this issue, they've just added a splash screen of ads to try to mask it

App says account does not exist. I have one. When I go to site as linked to create account, it literally says account exists. Another garbage sneaker raffling app that doesn't work, but I never win anyway so I just deleted it instead of wasting any more time.

Recent update fixed all problems with the app. Much faster loading times, you can now sign up in the app. Now it's perfect tbh

PLEASE FIX, when trying to cancel a sign up the app always closes. I have not been able to get out of 2 sign ups that close shortly

The very slow app. Would recommend be notifications on raffles upcoming collections. Saysto update in the app,when clicked - in the Google play store there isn't an update.

Just disappointed with app , never loads spins and spins , at this day and age can't keep a app up and running , imagine how many possible clients this store is losing ( unless they don't really care )

The app used to work like normal but at some point in Jan 2022 it stopped functioning altogether. The app stays stuck at the loading screen. When it did work, it was one of the better sneaker boutique apps to enter raffles and a decent chance of winning.

I really wish you would fix this app. With cell bands updating/upgrading all over, people are needing to have newer phones. Newer phones have newer versions of Android. When your app issues affect those with newer versions of Android, your app is affecting a majority of your Android customers. Please fix it. We mainly get this app to signup for raffles, not to shop (we can shop on the website). If we cannot see or manage raffles, what's the point? Please fix the app.

It's ok but tired of not winning cause of bots..or getting kicked off the app till everything is sold out ..ya make to much money to from us consumers...for this to be happening on every sneaker an clothing drop

Absolute joke of an app - in-app links don't work. I can't click "contact us" to contact you. You sent out an email saying that the price went up and I can cancel in the app but that's not true!

App was great before but now on my Google Pixel 6 Pro (Android 12) is not working at all. I can't sign in, doesn't recognise my email address and tells me that no account is connected to this email but when I try to sign up again using the same email, it tells me, account with this email already exist...have emailed about this but no response, no answer on the phone either, pretty disappointed!

The app's recent update has improved errors that occurred from December 2021 onwards, still room for improvement with load up time and images uploading.

Why is it still impossible to add an address here after all this time? Always crashes when I try to put in my size

The latest version of the app is much better. SNS prices are a joke though, most trainer launches are £10-20 more excpensive than other retailers.

Fix the size selection for the Navy blue and pearl 1s. Nothing is showing up in all available countries

Loved the new app layout, however the app does not work for me any more, on my Samsung Galaxy S9. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Clearing the cache did nothing, and when I cleared the data, it took back to the login screen (an improvement on crashing after 20 seconds of the loading screen), before crashing when navigating the menus. It feels like an eternity since I have been able to browse anything on this app, and I can only hope the developers find and resolve the bug.

Absolutely shocking. Having been a customer for years, the app is now unusable. I can't login as it tells me 'There is a problem with our authentication service' and I know my password is correct. When you try to force through a reset, you're met with a CAPTCHA that displays images, but doesn't display the submit button to actually progress. Due to the way its been built, it simply will not display on some phones. Woeful design and testing. Tech team should be ashamed.

I think this is the worst app I have ever used in my life. As soon as there is a raffle or drop, the app doesn't work. You can't log in. You can't change password in the app because the app doesn't adapt to the screen size so the buttons are not visible in the captcha. You can't add a credit card because the app won't let you put in any numbers in the form. It keeps crashing for no apparent reason.

For such a big company, this app is horrific. Extremely slow to load, once "loaded" it doesn't load categories timely, notifications never work. Using this shoddy thing is your only option for raffles as the online/mobile site redirects you to this app forcing pain upon you. Weak af.

Doesn't work, latest update made it worse. 29/4/22: Works now, the latest update has helped wahoo

The recent update completely ruined the app. The titles of tabs are messed up.
