Snipping Tool - Screenshot Touch

App works very well. Very quick to take snapshots, instantly edit with built in basic editing functions and share. Especially like the way that camera icon can easily be moved around screen so that it is at hand but not in the way. Only very minor niggle so far is that, if I leave app running for an extended period, I have to stop and start capture before I can take more screenshots. Not sure if this is design or defect (I don't recall it doing this when I first installed the app).

Just using for first time, only to make and crop a screen shot. App offers a lot more editing possibilities. If they all function as well, I'll be happy. App tells me the result is stored on "storage/emulated....... something-or-other". Not sure where that is on my android, so just sent it to my email address and will download it from there.

Just downloaded the app and tried it out. Love the feature of being able to add text to a capture with a border around the text. Would love to see the feature of being able to add an arrow feature to point to a specific area on the capture. Tried out the draw feature, but you can't draw a professional arrow using it. If this feature was added would consider purchasing.

Good experience--app does what it says it will; However, I downloaded it specifically to snip pic from a Netflix show - but could not, due to copyright I imagine. So the app works, but I couldn't use this to get the photo I wanted, which was actually appropriate. A disclaimer would be a good idea. Otherwise, a useful little app.

I've used this on my Chromebook. Worked great at the start and purchased it. I don't know what happened but when I try using it lately all the tool captures is a black screen even though the screen has been shared with the app and the screen shows up properly when it is asking for permission to access it.

Really good actually, I downloaded it to crop out some stuff and it worked great. I would really like for you to add more sides to crop from so it's not just the corners.

Taking screenshots is an inbuilt function of most phones. I was looking for an app that'd allow me basically to crop items from the screen in free mode. The free mode of this app is too limited. Nothing different than taking a screenshot and cropping it in squares and rectangles, which can be done without an app.

Sometimes, it doesn't capture the screenshot if Chrome is open for a long time. After the capture, there is a black screen shown. I have to restart Chrome to start the capture again. It's so bloody frustrating !!! Reducing one star and giving it 1 star as it becomes unusable after some time.

This app is terrible. I was trying to capture an image that i wanted for my screensaver and when i started the very confusing process, it captured literally everything except the picture i wanted. When i went to go find my screenshot, it was nowhere to be found. I read the instructions over and over and tried the process five times before giveing up. This app is terrible. DO NOT DOWNLOAD! Steer clear of of this app, much less anything created by the company.

After you've done a screen grab if you then happen to click on "new" you will not get a prompt to save the existing picture. This usually happens when doing several screen grabs in a row. I have lost a good number of pictures that way.

Is that boys a big disappointment. Whereas, on the computer, the Snipping tool can capture streamed videos that are paused, this Snipping tool on the phone, treats them as an overlay, and only captures the blank background the video is displayed against. So, every one of those videos captured, displays as a blank screen.

Great, except cannot see it while online. Only shows on main screen unless you pull down where your Volume Control Screen lighting, and other functions are, and there is usually a Screenshot Capture option already there. LOL

Easy to use. Exactly what i was looking for. One click screenshot and easy editting tools. One issue that could help is to adjust the running icon to a smaller size without affecting the phone's default icon settings.

This app didn't put the photos in order when i was trying to time the snipe right & i ended up deleting corrected photos thus i can never see again. It should have been in order because i saw my accidental snipe on mario kart up there. Seriously this app works great but if there is DELETED PHOTO RECOVERY for snipe tools specific deletions then please tell me. I want to give this a 5 star but i can't due to incompetence but this can be fixed with consistency software that will work with this app.

This app does not work. I installed it and tried to take screenshots, and all that ever appeared was a blank gray screen. It said it was saving the images somewhere, but nothing appeared for me to edit, save, or send.

I wanted something like the Windows snipping tool that allows me to cut out whatever's on the screen and paste it into any other application (email, WhatsApp, text etc). This doesn't allow that.

If your downloading this because you use windows' version of this, then you will be unhappy. It only does full screen images and then you can crop it later. Highly inefficient.

I am changing my recommendation. This is the best app I have on my smart phone. I use it many times a week. It is my go to. There are other apps that allow screenshots, but this one is so easy and functional. My congradulations to the developers for a job well done.

Very nice especially for us who buy particular goods online, you can select and circle the one you want from many goods. I wish the developer can make pen colour work I inserted a code an the colour changed.

Actually I used a lot on my Samsung Android Tablet. But when Android just upgraded to version 11 the Snipping Tool, Version. 1.16 stopped working. It would still work on my Android phone version 10.

This app is terrible, doesn't upload your stuff to your folders or pics.. hard to share stuff. Move on...

Terrible, doesn't even work, waste of time and there's a photo thing up at the corner of you screen at all times.

Cannot save to picture files or gallery. Saves to your internal storage somewhere. Cannot download, Cannot copy and paste. Very hard to use.

The app wants permission to capture sensitive information including "passwords, audio, etc" inorder to work. Why on earth does an image processing tool require audio captures? Uninstalled in record time.

This is a straightforward and easy to drive app. I would like to be able to share screen shots with my gallery however.

Some of the photos are not viewable on the gallery, not even on sending pics on social media. You can only see it on the app only.

Difficult to use. Tried several time. Wanted to clip something but could figure out how to save it to where I wanted it to go.
