Does not work at all. Mask is not even vibrating while playing super loud snoring sounds. Fail.
Worthless garbage. I can't tell if the app alone doesn't work or it's just the hardware. Either way, both are a waste.

Why bother with the details. This app has a 1.7 rating yet the company remains silent. The app fails to perform on many levels. almost every. The co. Provides no support. You cannot launch a new poroduct successful ly and not communicate with your customers! It's a great concept with horrible execution. These folks should be banned for crowd funding. This is the second version of their product I have purchased and they have never responded to my questions!
App was working on Android Pie, not anymore... Continually crashes immediately on launch.

My rating is of the app, not the product itself (the eye mask is comfortable and rates a 5). The app does not seem to sync properly, as after unbinding and binding it again this morning (the last sync date/time showed properly), the app shows that I had 5 minutes of sleep...based on the time I saw before falling asleep, and the time when I woke up, I had 7 hours sleep. During the binding process, the 'OK" button you press after the app finds the mask, doesn't work (well it does, after you press it about 10 times). This causes you to have to re-sync until the OK button decides to work. The UI has all items the same colour, and recommend that the UI have one colour for clickable links, and use a different colour for non-clickable links. The UI is not responsive, (I'm using the app on my SamSung Tablet S2), so only viewable in portrait mode (annoying). I only have 1 night of use, and there is no data. Something doesn't work right, and as it's so new, there isn't any tips/tricks to be found on the internet yet. There is no alternative...I won't return the mask because I find it comfortable, and it blocks all light. The app needs improvement.
This is rubbish. Will only bind with S2 not S7 and even then doesn't appear to work at all. I appear to have bought a rather expensive eye mask.

This app does not work correctly. My mask does not work with it either. My Norton scan also reports it as having unusual behavior. Deleted.
Recently had an at home sleep study done with a Nonin device and this app/mask combo confirms everything the home sleep study reported. Pairing and account setup was easy with an LG G7 Thinq, but I think many may have issues because the first night used over 300mb of data on internal memory. I'll give it 5 stars once it can record to external memory.
