The new application allows you to be notified in real time about the status of railways and train traffic in Algeria.
The application contains several options
1 Provides all train schedules. Suburban lines - Regional lines - Grand lines are included in flight prices as well as automatic updates when the flight program changes
Schedules are working even without the internet
2 The notifications (in the event of fluctuation or deletion of some trips, the user will be informed in this regard)
3 News of company (learn about everything new in terms of new lines - privileges offered and pricing advantages available)
4 Railways Map (contains all stations and its location in addition to the way of access)
5 Pricing and Features (This option offers all promotions for the company)
6 Send a complaint with attachements to the concerned department to be answered as soon as possible
The complaint must be accompanied by the ticket and its number, and it should not contain inappropriate words to be processed and answered

While some features are not yet ready in the app, I am actually very happy for the first time with an app made for an algerian public company. It is very informative that I use it very often ! I like the notifications feature, mainly to avoid using train if there is a problem. I encourage you to continue working on the app and address the remaining features. Horrible service and treatment from the employees , trains always coming late, times on the app don't get updated if there's a change
Is the database empty? I can'take reservations, not even see the timing of the train, no train station is available, i cant find any names, not even if i write it and look for it, gps never works. This app does absolutely nothing, please fix it.
It’s a good app. Certainly makes traveling by train in Algeria a bit easier. The only downside is that it’s only available for android user. IOS users don’t have access to this app.
You should remove the permissions for media, calls, photos, video record...., you should make the download of the trains list automatic on first use, don't ask the user to download "UPDATE!!"... If you don't know how contact me
I installed it a minute ago well for 4 mb app size it gave u too much, smoothly running UI interface thumbs up for the developers Humm... What I love the most is the interactive railway map hopefully It will get enriched with more features... I'm proud of being an employee in this company u rocks my dear colleagues
The railmap does not load at all , quite typical of a public company since the app has not been updated since almost a year ....dreadful....no online booking anytime soon , I get it .....
This app could be a fine start. But you need to take in consideration the delay time of trains and mention it on the schedule. Also you need to provide the online reservations as soon as possible.
You guys have to consider the Delay time and post it in the app for trains which are late , but the app is not that great but still need to work on it .good luck
Well this app basically helps me to know the timing . Yet ... I wish if you just tell where the train is Like when you're in the station you get a notification of the estimated lating time for train to come ...
Doesn't work anymore :'( I can't select a starting or destination point, please fix this issue (android 9)
A very informative application we need such good applications in our lives they make it simple, I suggest you add E-payment feature so we can avoid displacement and save more time, keep working on it

This app is useless. None of the options works, even the research mecanism is weak. This is unprofessional.

it doesn't even work i tried it several times and still the same.
Some features do not work at all, such as the railway map which results in a blank page. I would love to see a "trip planner" which allows users to simply input destination and departure stations and let the app decide what stations to take. The app currently previews blank result page if the two stations are not directly connected (?), this forced me to run multiple searches to find what route should I follow. Overall the app is at a good start, with an expansive margin of improvement.
