All of a sudden, No volume and stories moving from page to page without touching it.
My one year old loves it, but it keeps freezing.
keeps on freezing in the middle of story.. thinking about canceling subscription .
Read my first to my daughter and it says download all books for free and then you turn around and see that it's going to charge you money that's dumb

I am writing this to inform snuggle stories that if you ever charge my card 4.99 again you will be served with court documents. I have a apple ipad. I called apple and we cancel this subscription over 1 month ago. And you guys still went ahead and charged my card for January 01/11/18. I am not playing with you guys. If you need my apple ID or what ever inform u need to ensure this does not happen again please contact me. I am unable to unsubscribe again the option is not there I do not have this app on my apple ipad. I have confirmation information that apple and i cancelled over 1 month ago. And i need you to refund my 4.99 it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much. The ORDER ID is MMJD11K0WJ.
The review tells me everything I need to know this app isn't for my 11 month old granddaughter & I so I won't be installing the app. I do understand that u have to charge for ur services but for those of us that have to live on a limited budget due to a disability we can't afford to do these kind of things. Something y'all should consider doing & give the elderly & disabled a reduce rate.
I've tried downloading this app several times... It always ends the same way; it freezes halfway through the story. I'm tired of trying with this app. It would be a good idea if it actually worked. Uninstalling immediately.
I like the app... altho it got stuck and stuttered after it got confused when I tried to turn a page. Also, there should be an option to pay per book instead of having to pay $4.99 a month. If you don't want all of them.
It's a good app, but it stops reading the story half way through. I don't think I'll subscribe after the free trial is up.

Nice enough app. Doesn't glitch or anything. I wish however there was an option to purchase/download single books instead of the monthly subscription only option. 2 free books are awesome but I'd rather buy individual as I go, not pay monthly.

It keeps stoping in the middle of the story. I removed it from Samsung 8S but it works ok on the tablet.
$4.99 per month. No thank you. That is way too high of a price for books. Why not one price like $5.00 for all the books or like $1.00 for each book?
Wow! 2 free books out of over 80 that can be purchased. Whats the point!?? Oh right, forcing people to pay. CHEAP @$$
It's a 7 day trial when you subscribe for $4.99 a month. If you have the money to spare it's perfect. I'd appreciate it if you bought each book for like, $2 per book so I'll have the money to spare. But there's a lot of other apps to enjoy without having to buy it.

I think this app is good for baby
It froze after like 4 pages. I had to restart my phone. It worked but it did it again after the same few pages. Disappointed because my 2 yr old loved it.
I can't believe you have to pay for the books, there are too many other free apps to keep this one I uninstalled it. Ipay for sat.tv with the baby first channel so im not paying for this.
Because u waste a lot of data downloading the app. Then u have to dwnld the stories which u can only get 2 for free. Waste on people w limited data ACCTS

My daughter really likes this app, but unfortunately it intermittently gets stuck. I have to close the app and re-open it before it works again. I don't mind paying for premium content, but I am not paying a subscription for this app that doesn't even work all the time. It should be a one-time cost for access to all the books. I will be canceling during the free trial.
