Great app for getting pics to you. The ATT card was much better than the SIM hero card. Customer service on issues with getting renewal on cards and speaking with a human are terrible. Email is only option. It really sucks. I feel like I'm dealing with a foreign country.
Can't register cameras and app on alert page only shows the first 2 rows of animals not the 3rd and try to swipe left and nothing. Starting to get frustrated 😡 reminds me of my spy point last September and all of hunting season nothing but problems. Some one needs to contact me.
Please take notes from other wireless companies App features. They are more advanced, easier to use, and provide significantly more information. This app is archaic and needs updated.
app is not dependable. very difficult to set up. doesn't work all the time. doesn't work with simhero simcards.

This app is very unreliable it stays down almost as much as up. When it works it is very good.
App is useless, camera sends pic notifications to my phone daily independent of the app, and the app shows zero photos taken. Useless
App stopped sending notifications and of course they say it has nothing on their end

Worst customer service ever!!!! Been trying for a month to get ahold of them and nothing.. After doing my research the last couple of weeks I have decided to move on from snyper and buy me a Spartan camera. Rumors has it, the owner james got into selling deer blinds and dont even care about the camera side of his business...
Evidently this company has gone out of business. We stopped being able to access pics on camera since april. NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS VIA EMAIL, PHONE FB messenger and we get nothing. We finally go to Att store to get another sim card. It worked but now the app isn't working. Still no one from this company will get back with us. Ive never seen a co. operate like this. Hopefully we can get the web developer.
Remember to refresh your gallery by dragging the pictures down. That is if you do not see any new pictures if it notifies you of new pictures. Samsung s5. App works great since the android notification fix!

I'm getting notifications that the cameras have taken pictures but when I open the app, there are no pictures.

So far, so good. I'm liking this app. Will a future update allow remotely changing the size of the pic sent (S/M/L)? Would also like to see the ability to save an image to my phone gallery.
A great way to view the pictures from your trail cam in real time.
App has some great features but could be better. I manage 15 cameras at 15 different locations. When I get a notification for a photograph at a location I have to remember which one and then navigate the menus to that location. It would be better if, when I select a specific notification, the app took me to that location or camera. Also, the ability to manage individual camera settings in the functional menus was an added app capability.
