UKG Question 2020 (CPNS TEACHER)
Teacher Competency Test abbreviated as UKG is an examination activity to measure basic competencies about subject matter and pedagogy in the content domain of the teacher. Basic competence in the field of study tested in accordance with the field of certification study (for teachers who have been certified educators) and in accordance with teacher academic qualifications (for teachers who have not been certified educators). The pedagogic competency tested is the integration of pedagogic concepts into the learning process of the field of study in the classroom.
The teacher is a professional educator with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, evaluating, and evaluating students in early childhood education through formal education, basic education, and secondary education. Teachers must have a minimum academic qualification of bachelor (S-1 ) or diploma four (D-IV), mastering competence (pedagogic, professional, social and personality), having an educator certificate, being physically and mentally healthy, and having the ability to realize national education goals.
Teacher Professional Education (PPG) is a higher education after undergraduate education program that prepares students to have jobs with special skills requirements in becoming a teacher. Teacher professional education must be taken for 1-2 years after a candidate has graduated from an undergraduate and non-graduate education program. PPG (Teacher Professional Education Program) is a substitute program for IV deed which is not valid starting in 2005
PPG (Teacher Professional Education Program) is expected that teacher's competence and professionalism are actually more guaranteed by undergoing a period of education for 2 semesters or 1 year. PPG (Teacher Professional Education Program) applies to those who want to become teachers both graduates of the faculty of education, and non-education.
SIM PKB is an abbreviation of Management Information System for Professional Development (and) Sustainable. In my opinion, PKB is a follow-up program from the results of teacher quality mapping using the Teacher Competency Test (UKG) instrument that was conducted in the range of 2015 ago.
This application collects learning from the three definitions above, namely UKG, PPG, and PKB SIM.
The purpose of this application is to make it easier for educators to prepare themselves for the test for teachers intended for certification or the like.
