App only worked part of the time. After we downloaded it the phone being monitored wouldnt recieve phone calls or emails. It would go straight to voicemail. I uninstalled it off the phone being monitored for a day and there were no longer issues with receiving calls or emails. Customer Service was great and tried to help us. In the end we are uninstalling it and will be looking for a different app.
I had high hopes for this app! Its pointless, DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! You can set up features like blocking certain apps or disabling the play store, but when your child resets the phone they have access to EVERYTHING! I will not be wasting my money for the premium version as I am glad I experienced the free trial..
I absolutely love that there are so many commonly used apps here. I wouldn't have thought to block certain ones (i.e. Tinder and WhatsApp) and love that they are programmed in already. I like that there are additional features such as additional offtimes or pausing the internet which comes in handy for if the child is grounded or has homework. I think this is a wonderful product!
This is a great parental control app! I love that there are different profiles for each child. The internet pause and extend bedtime options are so useful for rewards/punishments. It's very easy to customize and there is a direct chat for support if you need help!
This app is extremely easy for my child to uninstall on her device and at times even uninstall's on its own. If this problem was fixed, I would love this app because I can block specific apps and websites easily without effecting access to others. Unfortunately that ease is pointless when the app can easily be deactivated from the child's device. Please let me know if and when this problem is fixed and I will gladly resubscribe.
It has a lot of useful features - can set "awake" time and "bed" time for internet, disable internet, disable certain websites, filter internet searches, disable certain apps, and lots more! There are descriptions on each app you can disable so you know what they are. You can also see what sites your child has visited and what sites have been blocked. Very awesome!
Extremely user-friendly, straightforward parental control app. Especially like the option of multiple bedtimes to accommodate both midweek/weekend schedules. All around easy to use & also very visually appealing.
very straight forward and easy to use. The emails I get are valuable in that I am notified of any new sites I need to paid attention to for blocking from my child being able to use. Also notifies me if I need to confirm if app is still running on my child's phone. VERY pleased and offered at a reasonable subscription price.
Helped me keep my child safe immediately when there was no other help readily available without subscription and fees. This was easy, practical, and user friendly. Thanking God for Soaring Safe because my child would still be unmonitored, as I'm STILL trying to figure out how to properly install the alternative I purchased through my mobile carrier. Soaring safe is a must for parents, not an option!
I had such high hopes for this app, but I've experienced nothing but disappointment. This app hasn't worked as it's described to. It doesn't seem to do all that it's supposed to, and when part of it does seem to work, even that isn't consistent - it's hit or miss whether or not it's gonna work. Disappointed.
This app is Great!! The sign up process is super quick and easy! Navigation thru the menus is a breeze and it has So many features I have not anywhere else! I definitely found the Best app for keeping my child safe whole online!
I think this is an incredible app! I really like the feature of being able to turn the wifi off a specific time so the child is not on it throughout the night.
This app did not work for me.. after the first day it stopped letting me know of sites visited and didnt turn off data when bedtime was set.. all the while my daughters phone still had the icon showing the app yo e working.
can only get it to work if both the parent app and child app are on my daughter's phone - which defeats the object. If i have the parent app on my phone, none of the settings i set up work on my daughter's phone, even though it was configured correctly
This is a great app for all ages of parents or guardiand. It is very easy to use, has great customer service options, and has all of the features I need. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I was not happy, at all after I got the premium. I still had no way of checking the extra stuff by going premium. Sorry, looking for a better app!
Try adding different types of emojis to represent the child. like African and Hispanic, not just caucasian. Great app but I don't like that I can't change the avatar. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong

This is a great app for parents! Easy to use and good features.
I don't have kids and was only testing out the application to help the developers but it seems like a great solution if you're worried about what your children are seeing online. It also goes beyond the basic safe browsing modes and offers capabilities like disabling wifi at a certain time and other useful functions. Seems like a great product.
