App does not work. Cannot log on. Checked with other users with same issue. When you enter your credentials and click to enter the application. Only refreshes to the same log on page. When you click any link on the app, sends you back to the log on page. On going issue.
App seems to be non-functional now. Cannot find it in the app store (only found it in my library history) and other people are having the same issues I did with not being able to log in properly. No mention of the app on the company's website either. Back to manually going to the website. First-world problems.
The app worked fine for years, and now will no longer let me log in, even with the correct username and password. Based on reviews, a lot of other people are having similar problems, and I saw one person saw the app was decommissioned and no longer supported. If true, this should be communicated, and removed from the play store
It works, but you have to login twice the first time to make a payment and the options are very confusing, you have to select "disable fingerprint" to use it. very poor implementation. Easier to login to the website.
usually Works pretty good but for some reason that I do not know for the past few weeks when I log in to my account to pay the bill I get a blank screen when I reach the bill pay screen. please fix. have to go threw browser to pay online.
Doesn't work at all. I have to log on through the website. Like many others say, it always worked. Now, it just won't allow you to login. It says: Authentication Failed... then I go on the actual website and all is good. FIX IT!!!
In the description, it says this app can help manage usage. I don't see this feature. There is no in-depth analytics. There are some figures showing daily usage bar, it is just rendered from website. Sluggish and not practical. And yet this app takes 13 MB! Looks like everyone can write an app now! This app just makes your payment to SoCal gas more convenient, at least that's what SoCal gas thinks.
Have never had a problem with is app and now for some reason can't get into Pay Bill. I see someone else has the same problem. Please fix. Thanks!
Cannot login. Using the same exact user and pass as if logging-in on Google Chrome and it will not go through. Useless until this issue is fixed.
Lousy app. Can't even verify correctly. Same user name and password works on the web but app can't verify on phone. How can that be? Stupid protocols or just poor programming and maintenance. Improve your IT and tech people.
There is always a problem when trying to login to this app to pay most of the time it doesn't recognize passwords clear data uninstall reinstall still problems...can login using web browser with no problems...app will be uninstalled again this time for good.
I have the Correct Username & Password and it been giving me a message of Authenticity Not Recognized already for a while. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUES because I'M NOT the ONLY ONE having this THIS SAME ISSUE. Or just DO/NEW APP! Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
No longer works Looks like the last update for this app was in April of 2018. For the past few months I haven't been able to log in to my account with the app but I can do it from the website.
this is the worst effing app ever!!!!! every month I have to make a new password because for some reason it resets my password!!!! and now it doesn't let me log in at all I don't understand why I have to login to pay my bill, l I mean is someone going to pay my bill for me????
This is Not an App. its a shortcut or link to the website... after you log-in to this "so called app" you are directed to log-in to the website. Why would I need this extra step just to access the website I already use...? No thanks (uninstalled)
Unable to log-in even after resetting my password. Have attempted multiple days at multiple times assuming a temporary glitch, but after several days, still not allowing to sign-in.
Can't login to do anything. And this isn't the first time that this happened. Not happy with the app at all. Fix the app. Or do like edison did, they created a new one.
I keep having problems signing in. I put in my password, and when I try to go to pay my bill, It just brings me back where I have to put my password in again. I have the correct password. Please fix this problem, and you'll get 5 stars again.
Meaningless, app cannot be found in app store. I hope no one is being paid for this because I could have done this for you guys in Middle School. When looking for SoCalGas, everything but your app appears. I had to go to previously downloaded apps to find? I wonder if this is your attempt to steal money from people by not allowing them easy access.
The app is not recognizing my username and password. Both of them are correct and I have to use my browser to pay online. PLEASE FIX!!!

GARBAGE how is it possible that you can't make a payment without using your bank account? I've NEVER seen that in ANY other app EVER. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.
Fingerprint log in function not working on Android. After swiping and confirming fingerprint, app reroutes back to log in screen.
Constantly forgets password. Need to reset. Finger print option sometimes requires me to fill in password as well.
This app is terrible. I have my login setup to use fingerprint and all this does is takes me to another login screen where I have to put in my login manually.

I'll let you know when I can get any service online. I've changed my password and username six times and I still can't log in after each one.
It's almost 90 percent of the time that when I go to log in, I get error messages then it freezes on me when I go to enter the code that wss sent to me. And this app never seems to work after hours or its the sign-in process screwing things up. Also when. I want to view my bill details, it doesnt seem to do that either. Very frustrating and a waste of precious time!!
