It lets you see how busy places are so that you can pick the best time to go to them. It makes sure that I get exactly the environment that I'm looking for when I go to my favorite places.
This app just loads and loads and loads when I click on any of the choices (food, drinks, etc.). It's been like this for a few months now on my Android device, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app hasn't helped, so it's currently unusable although I keep checking. I used to find this app useful, back when most of the places updated their feeds regularly. Sophia's and Top Ten never changed, and Willie's got stuck sometime this summer on the same pics. Only Addison's and Coley's seemed to change daily, sometimes the Heidelberg would have the same pics for days.
