Great app on web but mobile leaves a lot to be desired, very buggy and just doesn't replicate the desktop experience. Great to have share button on phone but really annoying to use.

This is the worst SAAS website/app in the world. It literally takes forever to load. It doesn't allow users batch content/messages and doesn't allow users to swap messages around. Utterly useless.

Just too many bugs I have already reviewed this app once. Now there is a new bug that adds frustration to frustration - a LinkedIn account connected to the app keeps on disconnecting. It happens once a month. There are just to many bugs in this app to make it reliable and I will switch to a more costly but more reliable alternative as soon as my plan expires.

Fantastic app, makes it super easy to manage company social media feeds and to ensure that my marketing manager is keeping things up to date. It would be handy to be able to '@' LinkedIn accounts from the app (and the website). Next update please! The app is prone to crashing however which is a downside, especially when a long post has been written. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Love this app. Easy to use. Makes posting to multiple social media platforms so simple and fast.

This app was great until recently. Now every time I try to publish an Instagram post I get an authentication error (even though I'm still logged in). The post gets marked delivered, and if I try to republish it does the same thing. It's been going on for over a week now and making the app basically useless.

I am sick and tired of this app. It requires constant updates and logs you out if not updated. I schedule my clients' editorial calendars for Instagram, only to realize, days later, that I am not being notified of the new posts - because the app silently logged me out. It has being going on for years. Unreliable.

I love This app for it's ability to schedule contents across multiple Accts! However it would be better if there was a feature that allows us create and schedule Twitter threads and not just one tweet. I noticed it doesn't remind me at the right time I'm supposed to post! Looking forward to this in the next update. Then I'll give a complete 5 star. Thank you for an amazing App.

the app refused to open after i registered. Kept crashing. *Uninstalling* ************ So I redownloaded and reinstalled the app June 26th and logged in. The message displayed was 'Trial Expired'... along with some other messages saying my account was locked on Friday June 21. The sad part is I haven't even used the trial cos the app had bugs that I'm guessing have been fixed now. So, I can't say for sure if the app is good enough for me to pay $30 a month for, as I am yet to use or enjoy it.

Like Nicole said, the mobile reminder no longer works - only direct publishing works. I receive the notification but it says unable to post. This means I have to manually post. This issue has been present on and off for the last 3 weeks.

It was going great until they locked me out with NO WARNING. I just spent 4 hours scheduling posts for linked in to come back a check on a different account and not only will they not post for me but I cant even SEE my posts to get back all the work I put in unless I pay them. I'm so frustrated right now. I would have gladly paid bc it's a great service but this is feels like a really slimy way to get money.

IG Mobile reminder/action no longer works. The reminder comes thru as it should. However, the 'story' and 'feed' icons no longer work. Therefore, you have to create the post directly in IG (time waster). Will look for other social media integrated apps to post to save 💲

I've used social pilot a few times over the 8 or so years that I've had my business, and it's incredibly useful. I love how easy it is to set up and that you can access it from both phone and web browser 😊

When i share Google news on social pilot, the headline appears twice. This bug keeps coming back. Please find a permanent fix. Update : The problem is fixed for now. Please ensure it does not come back like before.

Very helpful and works beautifully. Only downside is caused by the social media companies themselves. The app works and save me a huge amount of time and effort.

using it for almost a year and love. can handle multiple accounts and schudles. unfortunately will not be renewing if they do not get Instagram. I want one service to handle all my SM. otherwise perfect.

Invasive and abusive first screen forcing us to select a billing plan for a free trial. It is a huge danger for anyone who set up automated credit card info on his Google account. In addition, why would anyone select a post-free-trial billing plan over a product he hasn't tested???

Seems that there is no way to register an account without experiencing an error. I can't register on both via facebook and twitter. Getting something went wrong error. Fzs

would be better is Instagram was automated without zapper (which is such a mission to integrate when you have multiple accounts) and if the lighter package had ability to download reports.

Great application. I pay monthly for a premium plan. They really need Instagram direct posting though! Only reason I'd change.

Social Pilot doesn't allow me to add my Facebook account, which is really bad. Their tech support was very responsive, yet were unable to resolve the issue.

app are absolutely not free anymore, but trial 30 day. u cant do anything with your acccount when your trial dah expired. post via feed url not work on Android client, but work on browser version. if u want to upgrade to paid version, then i recommend "dlvr.it" than this. *baf english

After saying for months that Instagram was going to be a direct post it still is not. Even worse if you try to do their manual post it just takes you to a page to send messages.

I have been using SocialPilot for almost 3 years and they keep surprising me with new features. a reliable social media scheduling app that I could recommend.

Poor experience with the mobile side. No YouTube, direct IG without third party still, when buffer offers this and others. Last issue is recent and I've been having publishing video posts on IG.

Really buggy. Continually have to contact support as errors delivering to phone for posting. Massive time waster.

So far so good. I landed up with social pilot as they were the only one who had Google business posts enabled. and after days of working on it, I simply love it.
