Not user friendly and most of the features are not functional. I haven't been able to successfully made even a single transfer either to a bank account or mobile money. All that is possible to do with this app is check balance. It is a sharp contrast to other banking apps I use. It's not by force to create this if it's useless.

Apps always down temporarily. It can be very frustrating when you want to check your balance and you're unable to. Sometimes you receive SMS notifications several minutes later after a transaction has been carried out. Please fix it. It's not customer friendly.

A whole SG bank Connect App is nothing but for only checking of Balance and virtually challenging to transfer money to other account... This is so poor of your service in this Age and Era. This is the first review I've ever written on any App on Playstore. Even the banks that can't rub shoulders with you have gone far ahead in terms of E-Banking.

This app is really frustrating,no sms alert ,you can't even transfer it to your mobile money number,and the yup app too is worse,most recent one is you can't even access it to check your balance,it's either it signs you out on it's own or delete your user name and request you to provide another user name. What kind of banking services is this,it's very poor and very discouraging to continue banking with SGSSB.

Good app. Works perfectly. But unable to transact business with my MTN mobile money. The YUP app is not helping at all in Ghana. Family and friends do not access YUP so mobile money transaction is not possible. YUP app should not be linked to SG-GH app. Unfortunately after the update the app cannot even transfer money between accounts unlike before.

Users do not have a user friendly Mobile Money options. Your YUP is very complicated and not accessible. Until that is done, transactions are difficult to do with your app. Please do something about it. Your customers tech needs in a changing banking world should be your first.

We are in the morden today and many banks have this feature of transferring money to other mobile money platforms on thier app . This ur app is really useless better delete it from here because it's really of no use. We cant be goin to the banks for transactions all the time, looking at the current situation of COVID-19. We need to stay home and make transactions via the app. I wish I could even rate a 0 star tcw

You acquire an app that doesn't work and you dont care what happens to your customers. Every single time the app is not able to connect. Please SG, sit up. And please let's know if your call centre attached to this app is no longer working. It has been ringing no reply for months. Also check the last update, October 2018, waooo.

Well, i was happy to finally get to bank using a mobile banking app by sg but my main concern is with the 23 position. Its kinda difficult to get banks or the individuals to provide you with their branch and bank code, its very inconvénient. So I kinda have to transfer funds from my account to a different bank which I already set up cos its easy to semd funds cos they automatically add the branch n bank codes to make it easy for u. So maybe yall need to review this. Thanks.

I don't even know how to describe this app. In this modern era where other banks are advancing with internet banking all that this app can be used for is to view your account balance. You can't even withdraw money with it. It is completely useless

It's always having connection problem. Very difficult to access; it's been two weeks now and I've not been able to check my account details. The worse is it's inability to transfer money into mobile money account.

This app sound useless the only thing u can do with the app is to check balances. Annoying app, u can transfer money from ur current a/c to savings a/c but not vice versa and also not user friendly

This App seriously needs an update and it is long overdue. It should at the moment be able to be linked to all the service providers mobile money platforms. It doesn't also allow you to view your loan statement why? It should move contemporarily with the current trend of online banking.

I thought the app could help me transfer funds to my mobile money acct but no. All i do with this is to check my transaction details. I requested a visa card and it's bn more than a year now, anytime i go ask about it i am made to make a new request. You are leaving me with no option than to quit this bank.

Your app is worst than apps that were available during 2G. In the 5G era, I don't know what this your app is meant to achieve. You ask customers to update their apps when obviously the supposed updated version is dysfunctional.

Being overly customized limits the client... The Yup app doesn't work on rooted phones and moreover how many people use the yup . there are several more accessible methods that has made cashless banking possible . the bank must consider the mobile money integration into the app. This will make mobile banking stressful. Because the system is stressful with with cash movability in this pandemic.

We should be able to transfer directly into our MOMO wallet. SG branches are few so doesnt help customers working in the rural areas. YUP will help if every mobile money merchant could do it. The services of this app is good but SG in general has failed

I bet SG has still not done anything for us concerning the mobile app. We have raised issues but still. Please we can only check our account details but doing other transactions is not possible. Please update your app so it becomes user friendly.. learn from fidelity bank, Standard Charted and GCB. We want to do more than checking our accounts details.
