Societi - TV Shows Trivia Game

Was so enjoying this app until this week. Now I cannot log in. Get error message. When I sign in with FB all my winnings are gone. Customer serbice has not helped exvept to say it is being worked on for the last 4 days. Would give good rating if this was fixed. Yay! It is finally working and my winnings restored. I have uped my rating. Thank you.

app wont let me sign up with email or Facebook. I get that someone else has logged in with my credentials. i tried 3 different emails to sign up. *response to your comment* i didn't get to sign up at all! it wouldn't let me! i thought that by trying a different email i would be able to sign up! No such luck! i contacted support but never received an answer!

this app is not working for me. I keep receiving "whoops. error loading our vendors. try again later." when ib try to redeem the money in my account. that sounds convenient... and nowhere to contact them at. Problem was resolved the next day. Vendors do in fact seem to be taken down at night but not during the day.

Update 2/8/2020 Just a warning to anybody who plays this game : App is still having issues with some questions not going along with the shows they are asking questions about. For instance when somebody is eliminated from a show and they are not on the list of "who got eliminated from the show" Be nice if the people running the app watched the shows Very inconsistent that some shows are watched and some are not. Hopefully i can get $20 and get a gift card so i can uninstall this app or they will finally get it together and watch the shows they are asking questions about.

I love this app but giving it 2 stars cause it has been slacking lately. They still haven't updated winnings since the Amazing Race finale, in dec. '20. There was a Facebook update months ago, saying they were working on it but still nothing! Im very disappointed because I want to give them a better rating but can't until its fixed! I'm FINALLY almost to my $80, to cash out!

I have to admit, I was skeptical at first but Societi is where it's at! There have been a few technical difficulties or errors but they are brand new so give them a break. I had to contact them via 619SOCIETI this morning over something that I screwed up and received a prompt response and was told it would be fixed within 24 hours. It was fixed in less than 5. Thank you Societi!

I have been having issues cashing out the rest of my balance. It's saying I did not order through the link but I did. I also spent the entire balance that I requested the first time. It keeps giving me the old number to copy and paste. There is no way to contact them about my issue. I also did not get all of my $5 referrals but the names are there.

So I got referrals kept wondering where my money was finally figured out under friends their is a tab for referrals so I click it & what do you know 3 opp to spin for free money, nothing ever loaded. The wheel keeps letting me spin, So I took screenshots. I have uninstalled & reinstalled this app. I have emailed, I have reset my phone & still NOTHING. Even better the wheel only lands on$.75 or $3.(rigged)..I have been spinning it for over 6 hrs w/ 30 screenshots same amounts everytime.....

This app seems to not even work ive tried to sign up with facebook and 3 different emails and this keeps telling me that someone else has logged in with my credentials yet this is the first time ive ever even downloaded this app. Extremely dissapointing. And then when i tried to sign up with facebook and enter my phone number it tells me to enter a "cell phone number only" which i am. Again extremely dissapointing. If zero stars was an option thats what id be picking. Im stuck having to rate 1.

Since the most recent update I Can't even open the app. It just says Error. I uninstalled th app and reinstalled it and now it tells me it doesn't recognize my email. This totally sucks because I lived this apps and was enjoying it. PLEASE FIX so I can get back in. I had quite a bit of winnings that I am out now as well.

Just terrible. Just downloaded won't open can't register apparently every name and every letter is a error message so yeah it's kind of hard to rate an app that you really can't play and that kind of makes it not an app anymore

can't even sign up. i downloaded the app and keep getting unknown error everytime I used the code while logging in with facebook. tried with an email address and now get to many users for IP. texted the support number hours ago and still no response. would not recommend this app.

This app is really legit! I just got $81 deposited to my PayPal today from Societi!! They said it would take 7-10 business days, so I wasn't sure at first, but I got the money in 3 days!! I also cashed out for a $20 Amazon gift card code last-night and got it instantly! I ordered my son a b-day gift FOR FREE! thanks societi!

good app. at least it was. now second time around I'm having technical issues with reviving my payouts. and societi is nearly impossible to reach. nor do they seem to care about anyone.

Trying to reedem through Amazon but it says $10 to do so but then changes to $20. and now it tells me I havent played any games and theyll show up here. Im sure it's just a bug but just wondering how to fix

Used to love it.... Now not working. Cashed out easily at $20 a few months ago. Now i have agai reached $20 and it wont let me cash out? Says my card has already been used. Gave it a few months and after talking to a rep and them saying they would get back to me and never did, i will now be deleting.

free cash and great customer service. my app was having issues and they walked me through step by step to get it fixed. great company. easy to play games and earn free money.

this is a awesome app. they have a cool referral program that pays $5 and they pay you in 3 days via PayPal. if they gave me a chance to post a proof pic, then I would! Overall it's a great app.

After last update, app won't open. Get the first screen that reads Societi , then nothing but the word error in a gray box. No error code or anything

Does not let me sign in or log in. When I try to sign up, it already says "someone else logged in with your credentials" or when I try to log in it says "error". I've never used this app in my life.

Love this app!!! who doesn't want to get paid just for watching tv, answer some questions in my games and win money!!! This is the best app, it's fun, easy and legitimately pays you!!

I dont have phone service to recieve texts so i never could sign up. I do have an active email to use so if yall can send me a confirmation number to my email I can sign up to play trivia and watch tv. till then Im gonna uninstall this app and rate one star.

horrible . this app is a scam do not download .. no point in referring friends they dont pay you for your hard work in referring. I missed out on some money and now there is nothing they can do .. customer service sucks *update my refereals did as instructed but when it came time to redeem I ddnt get the full amount . and yes i did use the app. waste of time ! dont do it save your time

okay i made an account did some games referred some people and cashed out on amazon for 20. When i tried cashing out on amazon again, it gave me the same code as last time. Please fix this bug, I have 63 dollars on your app.

This app is amazing! Super easy to use. Legit. I earned over $200 playing trivia and referring my friends and family! I cashed out with ease and was paid quickly! Thank you Societi! Will continue to keep this app!

Gives me notifications of things to do to win or for a chance to win money, but when I click on the notification, it just takes me to the app and there is nothing there that specifies what the notification claims.

would be nice to not need a phone number since more than one person might want to play this game in a house and only have one mobile. cant even play because apparently you need a phone. thats an issue

wonderful app, no glitches and works great! they really do cash out!! or you can buy amazon gift cards. highly recommend this app to everyone. it's fun!
