notice is flashed and randomly disappears, admin has no control over it. Appliation crashes which you try to view helpdesk ticket history and details. no option to edit profile details. I don't receive any email notification. guests notification works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't work.
In between my app was crashing and I requested through their support email. The response was quick, they called me back instantly to understand and rectify the concern. Since then its been working well... This is really a very good and helpful way to manage my complete society from within my palm. Keep up the good work.
Lots of promises and but only a few functionalities work. I keep on getting chat notifications but messages are received later. I can't see my old resolved tickets and I can't reopen recently closed ticket. And the list goes on. To add more ut is charging 65 rs as internet fee to recharge my electricity meter. This is against the law.
poor user interface, notification come but when open the app they are not shown. not having option to copying a text. when visitor came some times no notification come for allow. Payment UPI option to be added in billing section just like mobile wallets. and many more. needs more work in app development.
There is no option if u want to run this app in more than one mpbile. It is very annoying. Whenever your second device will try to login then it will get logout from your device. That is another thing you have to give otp to second device. But it runs only in one device at a time. Plz make this app more flexible in term of logins.
It is such a bad experience to log into the app. Unable to log in after trying for so long as OTP is not being received. The interface seems outdated and the experience is very bad.
I have not seen a more pathetic app than this. The UI very bad. There is a huge lag after clicking messages for any updation to be seen. Support team is non existent. So if u have any problems regarding the app try to solve it yourself or chuck the app.
It's a crappy app with good thought through tabs and options but sad UI and UX, also is a slow app with bad server issues, unresponsive notifications, delayed notifications and much more tech issues. Needs to be revived.
Good App, but annoying visitor notification has started recently. It takes over the full screen of phone. Ive turned off all notifications in settings, but this hasn't stopped.
Poor interface with no option to see the closed ticket details and also no date being displayed with the comments, it's just time. There is no option to open the closed ticket, you have to raise the another one, this is really a silly requirements which are missing... This app need more attention on such issue's....
This app is just so good. Allows me to connect with other residents. Also has a directory. It is very useful and connects me to the maintenance team. The visitor permission feature is just icing on the cake! Kudos to the developers! Keep it up
Apart from having very very basic and not aesthetically pleasing to look at, this app does what it is supposed to do - keep every information easy to access. That works for me.
A good app with good services. However, more improvements are required. I am also with MyGate and there are some excellent services. You may look into this and become No.1. Please call for any help.
After putting my registered mobile number and click on 'Get OTP' the message appears "we have sent a 6 digit OTP on the mobile number. It may take few seconds".... Few seconds becomes fee minutes and then few hours.. But I don't receive any OTP yet after almost even 5 try's and wait for 10 hours. Worst app. 1 star from my side.
Very bad. So many UI issues. All this should be noticed when in testing, if that happens. Looks like you guys develop and release it for actual users to test.
Today while in office my phone was in my pocket in silent mode during a meeting. There was a visitor at my home, due to which Society Connect app woke up my phone display with the option to accept/decline the visitor entry. Since the phone was in my pocket on silent mode, the phone display stayed on for 1 hour and 18 minutes, and drained my phone battery. A big shame on the engineers who develop and test this product for not handling this basic use-case. The accept/reject dialog should be dismissed if there's no response from the user for more than 30 seconds. Please tell this to your Product Manager (if there's any).
Worst experienced with this app that my society suggested to use it to recharge and pay Bill's but there is no way to select recharge electricity bill, just prompting unnecessary pop up.They must need to ensure app is proper functioning on devices or not.
Good initiative for the condominiums.Nice and easy to use screens.So far so good.Would love to see all features working.We seen to be getting Visitors notifications but maid needs to start asap.I am getting my bills and reminders however sometimes new bills doesn't push an auto notifications.Its something the APP needs to check as we may miss the date of receiving bills.
App is Good,Interface is good but many edit options not there example you cannot add the profile owner's name as it is there by default and also if you join any group by mistake, you cannot exit by yourself.
started using it as our society forced it on us.Very slow and buggy app with some features working only after multiple unistall/install.Whosover designed/coded this app doesn't have any clue about UX experience.
Why this app repeatedly asking to enable notifications. Dont need na. Plus its popup comes always in between of important work. How to permanently disable it. Else will uninstall. Poor thinking by creators.
Not able to use on multiple devices....always error come on 2nd device that "Waiting for Connection" Although i am connected to a fast wifi....Too Many Bugs....plz fix this bug Rating 0.75/5.0
Extremely poor customer support, everything is being digitised just for name sake. No response from customer support even in multiple emails. Can't even login to this app.
This App is for group broadcasting by respective RWAs. But it looses its effectiveness because the recipients do not have the option to comment on the events/incidents/information put on the board. This makes the App perform a one-way task.
The visitors going to other flats/areas are appearing unnecessary for my information. Either it is problem with app. or the person feeding the data needs to be trained.
App is good, but UI needs to be refreshed, it would be good to provide web interface as well, as it is difficult to view ledger
Useless app. On joing mynukkad app u can immediately able to to see residents msgs. Here no msgs, no chat of residents on issues. Everything is zero here. No logical base connectivity of options
Bugs Bugs and Bugs. It would be okay to not have many features but all the features in this app are buggy. After the latest update, I was hoping that some of them would be resolved but now there are more bugs. App crashes on clicking download receipt. Or download any bills in the pay bill section
