This is a good app - IF IT WORKS ON YOUR PHONE. Don't know how but it does not work on some phones that almost everything else runs on. Their alternative is to use a web site but that is cookie based instead of log in based and looses some of the major features. Response to Socio's response: I am not running version 9. Socio sent me a screen shot from something indicating that mine was one of Samsung's phones it would not work on. Somehow other companies develop software that works on almost everything. The web based backup plan would have worked if they used a sign in system and if they integrated the same features in it. It is supposed to be a 2 way communication with the event. If you use the web version, you cannot communicate to the event at all. This IS NOT an issue because of Android 9! The phone I have is running an older version of Android that seems to support all software that doesn't need new specialty features. Socio KNOWS that whatever they are using to create the software does not support some "normal" phones because they sent me a screen shot that listed various Samsung phone models that could run the program and those that failed.
Installed, signed up with google. It freezes and then crashes every time I open it. Simply awful! Cleared cache (as suggested) and it still freezes on opening for quite a while, but seems to _eventually_ work now. I don't know how anybody who doesn't really know their way around the phone could get it to work. Will update the review as new issues arise
Won't open, just hangs. Editing my review after bug fix. Thanks to the developers for responding so quickly and fixing the issue. This is a great app for digital conferences, once it's working. It would not accept the event code at first. Now it seems to be working fine. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10.
It's good for the most part. I understand that we've had a big shift because of the pandemia and now a lot more people meetings are happening online at the same time in the same space. I love the app and the prompt answer you get when soliciting technical support. It's still a little slow to connect and update the events content and schedules. Other than that is awesome 👌
Great event app on browsers but fails to load on Android, Galaxy s22
When it works, the app is great! But it stops working. I've uninstalled it two times now. This last time it stopped on the first day of my event. And now that I'm trying to reinstall it so I can continue with my event--Grow With Video Live--it won't reinstall.
App with good purpose but unstable performance and very buggy. It freezes every 30 seconds, I was just sending connection requests...I also accidentally deleted my connection just by swiping left or right (I was just trying to navigate)
There are far better apps for this. Should allow downloading event I fo in case if issued (no signal in event locale, making it useless). Doesn't keep up with present time, so have to scroll forever through the date to get to what's active now. Feedback doesn't even work online!
I would rather have it on my home computer in order to access the actual conference sessions/ slides/ etc,etc. Was difficult to download.... In the past we have had access to Key Note Speakers' presentation.
Always freezes and crashes. The person next to you could have different features from you even though both are updated.. makes no sense.
Long loading times, constant freezing, gets confused and shows the wrong thing half the time. Will be deleting after this event.
I didn't think that this Apps is adequate for use. It is very complex and not friendly use. It is time waste and complicating things. I am wonder why the Symposium of the HSR2018 do their application for ease communication with their customer rather using this apps of no use.
Constantly keeps shutting down every time I initiate the app! Can't even get the app to open longer than 1 second! Simply frustrating!
Our organization has used conference app the last 3 years. This, by far, is the best so far. 2 days in and still learning, but most impressed!

This app is just awesome. It's user friendly and the networking is just superb. Must try for event management. This event app is useful for businesses as well as family event organising. Happy to use it.
Switched from iPhone to android. Completely broken on Android. Constantly restarts and can't check messages or anything.
Won't load or refresh. Has never got past landing pad even after uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting device and throttling other applications.

I like the reminders for events and that it recognizes what time zone your in. Looks great when shared to a TV as well.

I have an event today that I paid over $100 for but I can't get into because every time I load it, it says "Something went wrong. Please try again, Sorry for the trouble." When I try the help button I get the same message! Useless app.
