I used to play soda dungeon quite often as a kid, and I loved it. Just picked it up again recently, and it ABSOLUTELY holds up. an absolutely fantastic game for the time and a really, really good way to kill a few hours. my only problem with it is that traversing the dungeon takes too long, but honestly, that's just a byproduct of the game mechanic, so there's no use in complaining, lol. keep up the incredible work ! <3 <3

Pretty addictive idle style of game. My only gripe is that it doesn't run automatically in the background so if you want to multitask you need to be able to put a pop up window in front or set your phone aside. Ads during gameplay are voluntary, and ads between runs can be disabled for free using in game currency that can be collected after 10 or 15 hours of gameplay, which I multitasked during.

I love this game, been playing it forever and it never gets old, a great strategy game and a wonderful time waster. I keep deleting it when I get really rich and it becomes too grindy, but somehow I keep coming back to it, this must be the 4th or 5th time I'm redownloading it. Also the ads are really reasonable, 100% would recommend.

I hate it. I was really exited to learn that you can hire the npcs that you usally can't. But then I saw that they cost money which I would normally be fine with, but its the fact that after you pay $3.99 then you have to spend like 600 in-game coins. You have to pay $3.99 AND 600 coins??? It should just be one or the other. Could just be me though. When it comes to games, I'm hard to please.

I played this when I was younger and it was one of the best mobile games I've ever had the pleasure of playing, but after replaying it some things definately changed. Mainly the ammount of ads. They kind of really hurt the game. After going through the dungeon an add will pop up every other time or so, and it makes the whole gameplay loop feel much longer than it is. With the way that the loop is designed it's already quite repetative, so it just makes the experience a little lack luster.

the animators did a great job with the enemies, making little changes to make the same sprite look different, often humorous. you'll find a nice variety of gear and items to choose from. I don't really like auto play games because I feel like I'm just watching a boring movie. but I love turn based strategy games like this, so I love it, but I would play it more if I felt like I was actually playing the battles.. I know I can turn auto off but doing 1000 short battles is tedious. great game tho.

Much of the experience is that of an idle game, really. It even has resets. Also you have to keep the game open while you watch. Unless you want to keep pressing buttons, but the strategy is too simple to matter 90% of the time, so auto-mode is a blessing. Prepare for a whole lot of waiting though regardless. But it's fun if you can manage, and the aesthetics are fine.

One of best games I have ever played. Graphics are simple yet amazing. The game play is incredibly fun. I also love how there is a upgrade for non-real life currency that removes ads. Amazing! Tho I do want to point out there is one bug I've found where 1 use per dungeon run items are used more than once. I still love this game but wanted to point that out before it's taken by someone else as negative. Keep up the great work devs.

Probably one of best mobile games I have ever played. I see this game as more of an idle but still be played out. High level of customization of your to comfort your playstyle. Even the ads are handled really well. They never get in your way in the middle of important parts or block too much if your screen. You can even toggle some of the ads on for extra money. This is full of life and has a nice story as well. It gets a bit repetitive, but still fun nonetheless.

A MUST TRY if you need a quick pass-time without needing to pay much attention. Just hire units, equip them, then afk as they fight through the dungeon. I found it a little bit repetitive, but thankfully it was still interesting and fun later in the game. Also there is strategy involved, quite a bit actually- so it's not as braindead as you might think.

Addictive game with good replay value. It's probably one of the best freemium games as you can easily play the entire game for free. Microtransactions are minimal and include inexpensive options that include additional characters, boosters, cosmetic items, etc. While there are in-game ads they do not hinder your gameplay, and offer optional rewards for viewing them. The sound effects are quite satisfying. I really have nothing bad to say about this one. Thank you for this lovely game!

One of the best mobile games I've played in a while. I appreciate the option to remove ads with gold instead of real money, and I enjoy the difficulty it's been set at. Not too hard and doesn't require hours of grinding. The only thing I'm a little bit annoyed with is the starting over each time you enter the dungeon. That's at least taken care of a little with the warp option, but that still gets a bit repetitive. I also kind of wish the patrons were in a list or something, but overall good job

Honestly, this is one of the good RPGs on mobile. It has a great progression system, great heroes that have different abilities seperating them from one another, and a lot of unique equipment. This game is pretty good, but the fact that you can use in game currency to get rid of ads is something I wish other mobile games would do. I do have some gripes though. The final boss was kind of anti-climactic, some heroes are irrelevant, magic is OP, and everything after that is repetitive levels. 8/10

great game !! I love the gameplay. however I do have a reccomendation. I like to play with the speed clock and autorun on. But it always goes too fast to choose a door when you come to the forks in the road. Maybe there could be a little more time alotted for choosing a door of the player chooses on auto run? and there is a glitch where the extra gold ad and the double bank ad will be stuck loading and not play unless you reset the app. thank you!

This game is simply phonomenal. It's easy to catch on, has a unique set of game mechanics in its own way, and its highly addictive. Great place to go if you want to grind, strategize, or just have fun. But if you are someone who likes to pay money in this game, here is some advice. The Migic Clock makes the dungeon time go 2x faster. WAIT UNTIL THE SECOND DIMENSION TO START A FREE TRAIL, THEN BUY IT AT THE END! It will be the same price but with a few added bonuses. The game is slow without it!

One of few games that gets a retro style right. I enjoy the concept of this game, detailing a brand new perspective for dungeon-crawlers that's been done very few times before of being there to help the heroes on their journey instead of just being the hero. There's only a few areas where this game is held back from the 5 stars. Gameplay becomes repetitive as the progression halts at around level 51 and onward. If there were more minigames for bonus items to help progression, it would be perfect.

Fun game for the first 100 levels, where there are real signs of progression and playing manually is still worthwhile. After that, changing 'dimensions' (a soft new-game plus) just leads to artificial 'progress' to keep you grinding the same levels over and over. Ads in the game are fair. I'd advise playing through the first 100 levels, jumping to the 2nd dimension, then stopping once your tavern is maxed out. The rest after that is pure, methodical grinding.

This game is very fun! The beginning is kinda annoying since you get ads every dungeon completed but you can just grind and buy the no-ads upgrade. Also, the game was very nice to add an extra 10% coins in exchange for banner ads. It's kinda useful for people who just like to turn auto on and just wait it out. Totally one of the best game I've ever played!

Really addictive and interesting concept, love the art style and visual flare, and great sound effects. Only gave it 4 stars because after a certain point, the upgrades abruptly go from about 30 mins - an hour to get to days/weeks even if you're optimally set up, and required a little too much of a time investment if you don't buy things with real money, which I understand may be the point and how idlers work, but this game is at its best when you're actively involved and needs the app open

This game is decent. The amount of ads ands the AI's are not that bad as other people say. The gameplay is flexible with auto controls for those no hands times and even though it can kind of get boring (Which is why I deleted it 2 times) even if you get rid of it and lose your data on the next play, as long as you know how the game works getting back on a new file is easy. Still thought the Ai is ok but it does make you fell weird sometimes but not for long (unless the character has magic atk).

It's a very fun game with really nice sprites and animation. But it is quite annoying with ads after everytime you die, restart or reset. I like this game. But like many idle games it does not keep playing by itself. (Not really a bad thing) in and of itself I really enjoy this game and there are a lot of quality of life improvements like crosspplatfrom saves and backups. 8/10

Fun time waster, but not an idle game, and maybe should've been. It's often a better use of the player's time to set combat to auto, which makes worse choices, but runs 20+min rounds of repetitive fights without input. Fun early to midgame, but the endgame seems to be collect gear to better collect gear, and that lost me once I ran out of goals/bosses. Upgrades seem priced at random, and the UI is often unclear. I liked it, but so much missed potential. Worth playing, not worth IAPs.

One of the greatest games on the app store. A superb use of ads. The only required ads in the game can be turned off using in-game currency that is obtainable in a reasonable amount of time. I was able to do it within ~3 days of playing. All other ads are optional. The gameplay is engaging when you want to actively play but able to idle when you dont want to focus. 5 stars! Cannot wait for the sequel to be finished!

This is a very fun RPG styled turn-based game. I love that it immediately reminded me of the old school final fantasy and fire emblem games. They implement their own take on the genre with a fun party and progression system. Upgrading feels simple yet fun because it's easy to understand, all you have to do is be tactical with your money and work for it. I wish more games were like this one.
