Soft84

The idea is to take the strengths of the HP48 calculator, and try to get the same capabilities but with a touch screen Android device instead. It is a little limited at the moment. Implemented features:
* arbitrary precision float (gmp/mpfr/mpc)
* good support for units
* RPN calculator
* basic scalar operations (sin/exp/etc)
* programmability (if you like FORTH or RPL)
Future features:
* vector/matrix math
* graphing
* base conversions

This is (hopefully) under heavy development so if you use it, let me know what you think. Also, let me know if you want access to my source repository.

Played with it a bit. Been searching for something like this. Can you try to add programming save/load? Would love it even more. It's basic on the language, needs some features.

this program shows easy to use buttons, it doesn't try to draw an old calculator in you screen, if I need an old calculator i will take it out of my desk drawer. this calculator has a very good units interface i will let you multiply 3 different units (m) (in) (ft) and obtain m3. Like an hp 48 49 or 50. I was wondering why nobody takes the hp 48 or 49 rom and makes a proper emulator for andorid. Stop trying to invent new software just apply what works on the new platform. so far this is the best unit conversion and calculator combination you will find. I you need an excellent plain calculator use RealCalc. I you need to use units use this one. I also like the behavior of the sack on this one better than realcalc.

Always wanted a basic RPN calculator with a stack that's viewable/accessible. This one satisfies the viewable but I wish there was a straight forward was to get to a number deeper in the stack. Otherwise the 1/x right there is nice. I use it for basic math.

This works well for a nice simple rpn with a few functions. Maybe the undo could go on the front page? Has inverse and swap so I'm happy. Thanks
