This program isolates the muscle groups needed to optimize your softball performance. Specific Training Includes

Improving Speed And Quickness
- Plyometric and agility speed drills

Developing Core Strength
- It is important to build core strength through the hips and abdomens. You will do exercises such as crunches, planks, bridges, v-ups, lateral oblique raises and hanging leg raises.

Arm And Shoulder Muscle Development
- Developing the arms and shoulders will increase arm speed and increase throwing velocity and overall bat quickness. Strengthening these areas also reduces the risk of injury.

Flexibility
- Improve your range of motion and overall athleticism. Program utilizes dynamic and static stretches for optimal athletic ability. Additionally includes foam roller massage therapy exercises.
