Using Softworks Mobile Employee Self Service employees can;• Clock In or Out (with GPS location).• View rosters /work schedules. • Book absences and holidays/vacations.• View balance details in relation to leave entitlements, clocking history and current flexitime balances.• View Team Calendar.• Receive email alerts when requests are made, approved or rejected.
Line managers and supervisors can easily view their team’s time sheets and approve or deny absence requests with the click of a button.

It working okay last one year now not working on android but working on IOS Why? Saying account disabled
Worked great on my old phone. Bought a new TCL 20R and it doesn't work at all. Just stays stuck on the opening screen. A useless app unless it works for all employees. Obviously needs updating to be compatible with newer devices.
There is something wrong with the calendar for January the days are mixed up, some are missing entirely and there are no shifts showing at all.
It's such an easy app to use! Very user friendly and slick! I can book my holidays, clock in/out and view my roster too!!
Does exactly what it says on the tin .you can clock from anywhere as well as viewing enployee info ,and performing daily tasks easily . Great product
It use to work until the update. Now the roster doesn't work. Waste of time. Constantly being told by management that it's being worked on.
One part is kinda stupid I got a new phone and forgot the password so had to reset it There was no option to text or email me a reset link so I had to go to my manager for something that I should be able to do myself
poor app inability to see weekly accumulated hours. inability to check holiday or time worked up balances...the old app was far more sophisticated and usable

Terrible app, constantly having issues with it. Unsuitable for a workplace in my opinion too many frequent glitches,l.
After latest up [08/08/18] we still can't see the TEAM CALENDAR nor see how many remaining days holiday we have left nor UPDATE our personal info.....
Handy for applying for absences and clocking when not in the office.
Was working fine on my old phone, bought a new phone and installed it, But just won't let me sign at all.
Fast and easy to use
This app is causing problems for me as i need the app to book holidays and view info which i need!when i try to log in it says wrong username or password even though i haven't changed it!!i need this for work and i can't access it! PLEASE HELP WITH THIS ISSUE!!
This app is appallingly bad, it's never right and I'm going back to pen and paper and freeing up space on my phone, I'd give it no stars but that's not an option
when i open it to use it and then go out of the app into another one, it will redirect me back to this app. It's happened so many times. It would also be a handy option to know what managers are working on that day as i have contacted managers in the past that weren't working. I am still using the printed roster for this reason. I like the new clocking feature that let's you filter between ins and outs. It would also be amazing to be able see your weekly accumulated hours.
